This was absolutely beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful Christmas present.
I have a part-time job as a volunteer at nursing home and today we're watching the "Festival of Love" with some elderly people, which families refuse to take them back home on holidays. And you know, I haven't seen these people that happy for a while. Some of them started to dance, some of them cried a little, some just kept smiling through the whole show. Kudos to you, guys, for this gift! It totally became something you wanted it to be or even more.
P.s. they like it so much that I would have to take an extra shift tomorrow, so we can watch it again with some people who weren't able to be here today 😂

What an absolutely magical discovery. That's one of the reasons I love Eurovision - it helps me discover artists I would have never otherwise had a chance to get to know. It doesn't happen every year, of course, but gems like this are rare, and once in a while I'm lucky like this. LOTL you are superb, what ARTISTS!!

Ich arbeite in einer kleinen Postfiliale und hab da euer Festival of Love auf meinem Laptop laufen lassen (natürlich über nen feinen Lautsprecher ;) ), und was soll ich sagen - da ist die junge Mutter mit ihrem Baby aufm Arm durch die Filiale getanzt, der Pizzabäcker von gegenüber hat plötzlich ein virtuelles Duett mit Chris geschmettert, der Musiker einer lokalen Coverband bekam leuchtende Augen und hat noch vor Ort spontan Tickets für eure Ensemble-Tour gebucht, das Ehepaar 60+ hat die Wartezeit mit einem Tänzchen überbrückt, die 84 jährige Dame, die früher am Theater gesungen hat, hat sich vor Lob über das tolle Arrangement gar nicht mehr eingekriegt...kurz gesagt: die Leute kamen gestresst rein, und sind mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und entspannt wieder raus...
Danke euch, Gänsehaut und Emotion pur, ganz großes Kino!
Und übrigens auch mal ein dickes Lob an die Kamera und den Ton - exzellente Soundqualität und sehr schöne Kameraführung und Schnitt!

Coming back to this for days. And I know it's going to be weeks and months. LOTL is the best thing that has happened to me in the last few years.
Musik findet einen Weg direkt ins Herz. Manchmal. Hier auf jeden Fall. Ich kann nicht mal sagen wieso dieses Konzert nochmal anders ist als die davor. Irgendwas daran schafft eine so intime Atmosphäre, das man sich fühlt als würde man Kirchenmaus bei einem besonderen Moment spielen können. Ich vermisse "echte" Konzerte sehr. Auch, weil ich krankheitsbedingt nicht mehr alles mitmachen kann. Hier sitze ich mal in der ersten Reihe! Danke für Momente wie diese. Sie sind kostbar für mich. 🖤

Sheer perfection. Every time I hear Mein Diamant I just sit listening in silence because it’s just so beautifully perfect and me singing along would sully it. I just sit and soak it up and let all the feels hit me.

These songs are done in such a beautiful way, but have also opened my eyes to new artists. It is very fascinating how the German scene collaborates. It was through your collaborations or covers I got to find Mono Inc, one of my favorite bands and many others.

Through panic attacks, anxiety, heartbreak and total apathy. It felt like I couldn't breathe for a whole year. I can finally breathe again, life is stabilizing. Das ist mit das schönste Weihnachtsgeschenk für mich. Die Stimme von Chris lässt nur Gänsehaut entstehen, auch der Ort des Konzertes ist einfach perfekt. Ein unplugged Konzert hat für mich immer was sehr intimes und das ist euch mit eurer Songauswahl gelungen, es bringt auch ein bisschen zum Nachdenken. Ich wünsche euch eine schöne Weihnachtszeit wo und wie immer ihr sie auch verbringen werdet. Nochmals vielen Dank für dieses Konzert.
