Sometimes a bit of carbs help.. go for whole grain bread or rolled oats or brown rice.. small amount, not too much.. depends on your age and activity level as well..
Try to change peanuts to almonds, they're for brain..
Always drink water or milk(if you didnt eat enough protein)..

Yes, I've been taking oatmeal as breakfast since nursery.
I used to take almonds and walnuts two years ago, and I'd say they're the best!
Unfortunately, we couldn't afford them anymore, together with brown rice.

1. Most shellfish boost your Brian power but shrimp are the winners because it packs in a ton of omega 3, iodine, selenium, b12 and choline
2. Al Fish is good for the Brain in general
3. Eggs are good source of choline, selenium, iodine and b12

See what’s the actual food here. None of these garnishes will actually fill you up. What a shame that people even believe that chocolate is a net positive good thing for you. People accept everything is ok to eat except for the foods that actually are heavily filling an densely nutritious. Buts it’s ok I guess, I will just continue to grow my brain and body by and kick everyone’s ass.
