I take 8 of the foods you have listed, I stay away from most puddings/sugar! I make up a snack box and it has helped me to lose some weight! I am 74 years of age, a carer for my wife, I am active throughout the day/s, even play Lawn bowls, and indoor bowls in the winter months, I can forget, or can be distracted in what I am doing, but most times am fine! Thank you for the boost in knowing that I am eating the proper foods! I cook now for the wife and I, I use cumin and turmeric, black pepper in all what's being cooked! These spices has helped me in clearing up the arthritis I had in my arms ten years ago, I have been using these spices every day since! So thank you for your top ten, which has given me confidence in knowing am on the right track!
I’m thinking of a stir fry using olive oil, spinach, broccoli, egg, spiced with turmeric and pepper as a side with smoked salmon. Guacamole and carrots as an appetizer with chocolate covered blueberries and walnuts as a desert.
I have been following most of your podcasts ever since I came across one nearly a week ago. It was a life-changing experience for me, and now I am always excited to listen to the next one. My name is Chet, and I am from the Philippines. ❤"
The influence of early childhood experiences, family beliefs, and societal expectations forms a set of subconscious programs that impact our view of success, wealth, and self-worth. Many of us inherit messages such as, “Money is the root of all evil,” or “Honesty and success cannot coexist.” While these messages may have been well-intentioned, they can create subconscious resistance that prevents us from fully embracing our ambitions. For example, witnessing someone who has achieved financial success can spark both admiration and skepticism. Deep down, you may believe that they must have "cheated the system" or been given an unfair advantage. This subconscious narrative can keep you in a cycle of self-sabotage, no matter how much you try to emulate successful habits.

Here's a delicious and nutritious recipe that incorporates the ingredients you mentioned: Salmon Broccoli Stir-Fry with Turmeric Avocado Sauce and Blueberry Walnut Dark Chocolate Bark Ingredients: - 2 salmon fillets - 2 cups broccoli florets - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1 ripe avocado - 1/4 cup blueberries - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with turmeric powder. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 3. While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside. 4. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth to make the turmeric avocado sauce. 5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and set aside to cool slightly. Then, flake it into bite-sized pieces. 6. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the steamed broccoli and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 7. Add the flaked salmon to the skillet with the broccoli, along with the turmeric avocado sauce. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes. 8. In a separate small bowl, combine the blueberries and chopped walnuts. 9. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Once melted, pour it over the blueberries and walnuts, spreading it out to form a thin layer. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. 10. Once the chocolate bark has hardened, break it into smaller pieces. 11. Serve the salmon and broccoli stir-fry with a side of the turmeric avocado sauce. Garnish with the blueberry walnut dark chocolate bark pieces. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious meal!
I eat all this stuff already, except turmeric and dark chocolate as they both contain lead. Need to find brands of turmeric and dark chocolate with it. Great video, love your information and delivery!
Also coconut oil. I put a healthy table spook of coconut oil into a cup of hot distilled water and it is dynamite. But the absolute number one thing for mental wellbeing is physical exercise, not long cardiovascular but HIIT training. Weight training is also very good.

5 pastured raised eggs(deep orange yolk) cooked over easy per meal . Easily the best food for your brain , and almost everything in your body . The only thing it doesn't cover is vitamin C which you can eadily get from a apple or orange a day , or 2 cups of blue berries , a bowl of fruit with a variety of fruit is best . Eggs is the superfood of superfood , only wild caught salmon or grass fed beef can get second place , pastured raised eggs are on a league of their own .
