Here in the UK for the price of this condo you will be lucky to find a 19th century dilapidated 2 bed terrace house in a desolate high unemployment area of the Midlands. Nice condo in Chiang Mai at a decent price (furnished too).

29 sqm ist ziemlich klein, ich habe in Phuket ein Condo gekauft 33qm2 für 1 Mill gebraucht. Renovation mit bestem Material plus 300 KiloAlso etwas mehr als die hälfte ,und grösser, Monatliche Unterhaltskosten 700 baht
