Thai architects and builders have to start to understand a way to not make these buildings and so called apartments feel like jail cells. Even the balconies are blocked and make you feel closed in. Use frosted glass on balconies to allow light to reduce the claustrophobic feel.. A high ceiling alone doesn’t reduce the feeling of claustrophobia.

It wasn’t uncommon to have a 2 bedroom condo that was 80-100 square meters. Not a (so called) one bedroom 34 square meters or a (again so called) two bedroom 50 - 60 square meters. The more we don’t challenge and voice our disgust with these tiny doll house sized shoeboxes the more they will never hear true opinions. They will possibly never start building to a reasonable size. You would expect that especially after a pandemic that locked the world down, they would understand that we need space. I myself would also vote with my wallet and never buy a tiny coffin that small.
You apparently haven't traveled much in Thailand and Asia. There many huge 200+ sqm condos with large kitchens, huge bedrooms, multiple balconies, maids quarters etc etc... People generally show the shitty little 30sqm condos on UA-cam though. Try researching a bit before you post that nonsense. 🙄
In the first one-bedroom unit, the washing machine is inside the bathroom of the master bedroom????? Also, with no convection oven, only a microwave, it doesn't look like a place that you would permanently live in, but only visit short term? (But, you did a nice job of showing all three units.) I would be curious to know what services/businesses are within walking distance. See if you can squeeze some more money out of these owners to preview the neighborhood, it's an important factor in the buying decision.

its a condo.. what do you expect? you want space buy acreage... living anywhere that is under 10 acres already feels like you live in a box.

I live in an apartment without an oven, same setup for the kitchen. I don't miss it
