    Enjoying all of your workouts, thank you! I just wanted to also mention that I like when you talked in the beginning so we could see that awesome smile and personality. I also liked when you previewed the workout coming up next. Some of them I’m not totally familiar with so I would have to watch you and then rewind to start. Thank you again!!!

    I love doing these real time workouts so much. Really enjoyed the last half of the workouts music too. Its always a good workout when there is a deadlift lol.

    I’ve been working out for a month and wanted to find a full body video rather than doing an a 15 min arms then abs or legs video. This is everything! I loved that you even included a stretch because honestly sometimes I skip that.

    Hello Mr and Mrs M. Loved today's workout but I missed the visual what exercise is next. I don't wear my glasses when working out so it's hard for me to read my computer screen. With no video of the next move it makes transitioning longer. Also would it be possible to put the size weights your using as a guide. Thanks again for another great workout. I just loving getting my sweat on!!

    Okay, looking for some virtual pen pals to help me defeat sugar addiction and loose 40 lbs. Got a nice athletic frame but have let it go a bit.       A lot of UA-camrs use the same royalty free music, yea. If you’ve worked out long enough using UA-cam videos, you’ll notice this is very common.
