A friend shared it with me! If you're from Singapore, you can head to "SG Fermentation Friends" Facebook group to ask if anyone has excess scobys to giveaway :)
I too, was only aware of sweet oatmeal since young, and not privy to savoury oatmeal until my wife introduced it to me when we got married. It's now one of our family's favourite comfort food and just goes well with any protein. We sometimes add burdock or wakame and it's really yummy!
I do really enjoy this video, well made and clear explained. Even if I'm vegan (this is my choice and respect yours) I think you did an amazing job. Thank you
Hey! You can find most of the recipes here 👉🏻 thoughtworthy.co/july2021-recipes/ Also, a short write-up from when I first started brewing kombucha: thoughtworthy.co/brewing-kombucha/ Maybe we'll expand on them through a video in the future, but in the meantime, enjoy!
think i will try the oatmeal porridge with spinach next week when i am at home over the weekends. looks to be a healthy meal. :) thanks for sharing the recipe. i will see if adding some prawns will make it good for my taste.
Maybe we can do something about kombucha in the future :) In the meantime, check out thoughtworthy.co/brewing-kombucha/ , we wrote this newsletter article a couple months ago when I first started brewing kombucha!
For the cookies, you can try watching Tasty's "How To Make Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies". I tried their recipe and the cookie is quite tasty and crispy. They also explain why they use certain ingredients. So maybe you can draw inspirations from their recipe and adjust yours to get it to a more cookie like texture and crispier too :)
This is the recipe I used: cleananddelicious.com/oatmeal-pulp-cookies/ but I reduced the amount of sugar used. The edges were slightly crispy immediately out of the oven, but loses its crisp after a while. Hope you'll enjoy them!
