Looking great Alton. Loved the trick for pulling and preparing the lobster meat,nice. That butter sauce looks great also. Now I of course was expecting a little turf to be served by the surf. But Surf WITH Surf? Genius. 😃🦞🦞
Dawg, those look absolutely delicious. I'm curious about the 140 deg. part. I 've seen this same thing on a few other vids. Growing up on Chesapeake Bay I ate raw oysters my whole life. I hadn't had a cooked oyster until I moved to Georgia. We were invited to an oyster roast and they were steaming them on a grill with an aluminum tray covered with a wet towel. My wife and I just started shucking them and eating them out of the shell. We got some really strange looks from the locals. My point being, you can eat almost any crustacean raw and it wont hurt you. It wont taste the same but it wont hurt you.

Love this guy!!!!! But still, after you've brushed shellfish with a brush back-and-forth from the fish that melted butter, How is it that that butter is not contaminated buy a shellfish which is pretty strong? Just asking.
I actually stated in the video that you can use the butter if you REHEAT it. That eliminates the contamination that you are worried about. Not sure how you missed that brother. But thanks for watching and commenting.

The charcoal flavor is great with lobster. You could even throw some fruit wood chips on there as well and put a kiss of smoke on it!
