Well it just sounds to me. Like somebody that knows what they are doing. And the beginner who doesn't. Plenty of EQ's will get you there. Before this thing ever came BAX. It was kind of like George Massenburg's Parametric Equalizer.. Over 52 years ago. That went well beyond Tone Controls. As most everybody only had a Bass and a Travel control. They didn't have any of the ones in the middle. Sweeping and sliding squeezing and blooming. No. Georgie boy changed all that. And now you want to take BAX the Knight. I get it. It sounds like a nice Equalizer for sure. Very precise sounding. Very adjustable sounding. Very good sounding. With some headroom. And it doesn't sound slow and mushy. It sounds quick and crisp. Like the rest of their fine line of stuff. None of which I personally own. But I know those who do. Coupled with a previous Neve audio console I sold them. And it sounded really nice. I liked the Dangerous, stuff. I always did. Even before I knew about the company. I would take a lot of chances. Sonically speaking. Because I could. I had a couple of Neve consoles. You know how it goes. Especially when I had, Phillips, Sphere, Auditronics, API,, earlier and simultaneously with. You get to know the sounds. They all create and represent. Everybody has a sound to their gear. Some better than others. Though all totally usable and classic. Sometimes you want the bad classic sound. You don't always want the state-of-the-art sound. Sometimes you need an old RCA Ribbon Microphone. Even plugged into a really clean sounding piece of Dangerous gear. You need to grunge it up a little bit first. To sound good. To have some harmonic structure to it. And not be devoid of it. As that would be Dangerous. So have I just issued a review about being Dangerous? I am not entirely sure? I know I am now retired. And I won't be investing in any. Though if I wasn't retired. I likely would. As I like the way it sounds with a Neve. It complements the grungy quality of the Neve. You hear more of that Neve grunge, better. You can hear the analog tape hissing better. Going through Dangerous,, encounters of gear. So I would recommend it. For those of you that want that kind of sound. And it is very pleasing. It's very sterile. It's very neutral and neutered, sounding. It's whatever your cup of tea is. Pale green or black tea. They are both tease. Both taste very different. Both have caffeine! And that's all that matters. I don't like caffeine. But I love the taste of tease. Palatability in fluid or electronic form. Both are good. Both are Hot. Like a fire in your crotch. And only you know. I just purchased my Brand Newer, 22-year-old. White Trash Motorhome for my retirement. And it's a Diesel Pusher. I like going to bed with her. At rest stops. Truck stops. Beach stops. Camping stops. Where love does not. This thing is huge. Some girls like it big. I'm that kind of girl. Now retired engineer. Sounds good, specially when combined with the Massive Passive 🔥
What's up Oscar! It will complement todo.
After hearing that track with the MP and bax complementing each other, I need to prepare my spousal damage control plans.
: ) Great Demo!
We offer marriage counseling. Remember- they are "investment grade audio jewelry". Safer than Bitcoin! ;)
Did Manley and dangerous music merge?
Ha! No, we are simply two symbiotic, iconic American brands.
Thank you for cut first THEN boost. The bax eq is on my list to get, almost got it this year already if it wasn't for the S&M special edition.
Thank you, Steve, for being a member of our audio family.
