This was a scary thing that was conjured up, and frighteningly realistic. Imagine if everyone stopped dying? We would continue to age and get sick, but no dying. That is not quite the eternal life one would wish for. The real world results would likely be the same too. Worldwide collapse of the healthcare system due to overcrowding, which happens already in the current world.
Yeah. If we could achieve even true, but better immortality. If we could heal super quickly and so forth, we couldn't breed anymore. Earth would over populate in the truest sense. Unless somehow we very quickly developed faster than light travel, Paradise would become Hell on Earth rather rapidly.
@@user-co8uy5rb2s if we could achieve better immortality - it will never be made available for the masses. Soon 1% of the world population will hold 60% of the wealth of the world. There will be no incentive to make the "better immortality" available for the rest.

Oh god can you shut up? Petty? What is wrong with you?! Torchwood, SJA and Class are amazing and you call them petty? You probably just watched Miracle Day and that’s also amazing. If you are gonna call them petty then don’t watch them. A lot of people watch these.
"Owen Harper" 🥺

Truly the one of most horrifying moments in science fiction. I am actually surprised that this video hasn't been censored. 😅
Bro this is an SCP type of anomaly. End of death.

“Patient”? The guy was literally blown up and a charred corpse! How is there anything to recover from that?!

I wonder who watches these petty shows spawned by Doctor Who.

More people than you think
Well, no different from any spin off really
you've basically just asked "Who watches spin-offs?"
You, evidently.
