I can’t get the damn ice bin to release to do anything. Whoever designed this fridge must not know how to clean. Not a easy fridge to clean

2nd time in 3 years! Then wait for repair while trying to sleep with the ice maker making these loud noises trying to turn itself and unable to turn. This fridge is crap.
Why is your refrigerator a piece of junk? My fridge isn't just around the 5yr mark and I've had to replace the compressor and now this.... the ice bucket tips over and doesn't reset. You need to do better and make better products. I'll never buy another LG.

No. I'll fix the damn thing myself and I promise I won't buy another LG product. Fridge is not even 6yr old and the compressor went out. 750 dollars later and about 500 with of food spoiled it was fixed. And now this. Its absurd to spend 3K plus on units that are both defective and costly. Keep your junk and hopefully you get put out of business. But it seems all the new refrigerators are junk. So it's pretty much a crap shoot.
We're sorry to hear your extreme frustration caused by the issue with your refrigerator, considering the cost and inconvenience involved. If you change your mind and would like assistance in getting this issue resolved, again, you may send us a private message to @LGUSSupport on Facebook or Twitter, include your phone number and unit's serial number. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you and regain your trust in our products and services. ~Bridge
Mine is in need of repair AGAIN TOO. Second time in 3 years!!! This piece of junk!!!!!!!
And you'll get the pat answer from LG all the while you'll spend countless hours and money trying to fix their junk. I'll never by LG again. NEVER. To bad I don't have the time energy and money to seek litigation and sue them. I'd definitely like too. I could see if the fridge was 20+ yrs old. Mine is all but 5+ years old. It's ridiculous to pay that amount I paid and to have already invested almost 1500 in it. Stupidity.... I'll be looking for a new fridge and it won't be LG that's for sure.
