I have a button in the beginning with a little bell, but I do not say it because that is not the purpose of the video, so I say it at the very end so that if the information I provided was helpful/valuable, then you can subscribe and share it. But people can support my channel by clicking the super thanks bottom, and I also have a Paypal link underneath. (But I most often forget to mention it because I am not used to saying it)
The thing is that I did not see it as a business I just wanted to provide information to help people, but after the years, I figured out that this was not the purpose of UA-cam. Almost all of it is to make money, but now I am also thankful I can generate income through ads randomly shown on UA-cam before or after my videos. So it has pros and cons; still, I want to provide information for everyone, and that's only possible the way I do it.
And thank you very much 🥰

The best treatment for dark spots would be a retinol or retinoid, or simply giving it more time, as some spots can be very stubborn and take weeks or even months to heal. During this time, it's important to wear sunscreen if you are exposed to the sun to prevent the dark spots from darkening again or slowing down the healing process.

Can i use an exfloliating toner(2% SA) followed by niacinimide, followed by effaclar duo+ (SA) twice a day? Or should i just use niacinimide and moisturizer in the day and in the night use SA toner followed by moisturizer and effaclar duo+?

    • @MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet

Hey! :) I wouldn't use the SA toner and Effaclar Duo in the same routine. Use either one of them, or use them at different times or on alternate days. It really depends on what your skin tolerates. So, you need to test it. Start with one of them, and if needed, add the other one and adjust accordingly.

Use sunscreen only in the morning. If there is no sun, then you do not need sunscreen.
      AM Routine:
      Clean your face.
      Pat it dry.
Apply sunscreen if you are heading outdoors. (If you are mostly inside or have very little sun exposure, it's not as important. Adjust this according to your day-to-day activities.)
      PM Routine:
      Clean your face.
      Pat it dry.
      Apply salicylic acid.
      Wait 1 minute.
      Apply niacinamide.
