Ascorbic acid 8% + Alpha arbutin 2% is a super underrated product. I like adding 1 or 2 drops of the Resveratrol and Ferulic 3% and that way you get 3 of the most research backed antioxidants on the market!
This video is fantastic. A must watch for anyone with darker skin susceptible to hyperpigmentation. I've already incorporated niacinamide and retinol into my skincare routine and noticed improvements.
Hello , first nice videos keep going ! Please I do have a question beside the hyperpigmentation I do have large pores like holes because of acne and I wanted to know which are the best products for that . Thanks a lot in advance
Hey there it sounds like you are describing acne scarring. We have a video on this topic that would be beneficial for you :) ua-cam.com/video/70vnGspBGvY/v-deo.html
Lactic acid is better for hyperpigmentation whereas salicylic acid is great for oily/acne prone skin. It depends is your skin oily or dry? Are you prone to blackheads etc If you have a serum that contains both lactic acid and salicylic acid no problems.
It’s not in Australia, however I just checked the US website and yes it doesn’t seem to be on there. You can use one of the other Ascorbic Acid serums instead :) or you could use the powder and mix with the hyaluronic acid serum :)
@@SkinZoneTV what do you suggest for the alternative because there is so many kind of ordinary vit c serum. Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F , Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% , Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12% , Vitamin C Suspension 30% in Silicone or Ethylated Ascorbic Acid 15% Solution? (please exclude the powder because its a bit of a hassle to mix things up.)
I tried The Ordinary. Far too complicated and time consuming for me at 70yrs old. Wash, Moisturizer, Sunscreen. I would add one serum that does it all, if I could find the perfect affordable one LOL.
@@SkinZoneTV Hi, Thank you for sharing this valuable information regarding our skin. I have vitamin c capsules at home can I use them on my face? I have dark spots on my face. @@eduhaile5853 Hey there, no we don't recommend to use your oral vitamin c capsules to make your own serum. They are formulated to be eaten not to use on your face. I would instead recommend to find a vitamin c serum to use :) x

What if i want to include a BHA also?
Should I use this instead of the lactic acid, or are there any benefits to using both of them?
