iv had my problem with prolapse since the age of 17, following many miscarriages, there has been several attempts of mesh insertions to prevent the pregnancy losses or meant to not be able to have any children, however i am a survivor and have been blessed with healthy children today.

@@sayedhuda8005 I had three natural deliveries, however I was on very strict medical watch especially throughout the first trimesters, they removed the sutures out weeks before my delivery dates, but I had to remain on bedrest most of the pregnancies to watch for abnormal bleeding etc This was especially hard and difficult for me, as I do not drive, and had barely little help at all and am a single parent so the risks were very high.

I have stage 3 uterus prolapse i'm 42 and been told i need a hysterectomy

Yesdat i fibally got a dr to schedual a hysterectomy, exactly 1 month out. Last night i felt the presser of the prolapse more than prior and today the uterus is right there, i feel it in my vaginal opening. I dont know if i can handle a month of just pushing it back in, the mental pressure is just as bad as the pressure in my vaginal opening. Ive called and asked about a pessery to help get me through the 30 days but return call yet

Do you think that it's possibly a copper deficiency as copper is needed to bind collagen to elastin and that beef liver would likely help?.. and that maybe they depleted their copper levels from too much Vitamin C and Zinc in the diet?

No, you're way off the mark, for one thing copper deficiency is very rare. If you are relating to prolapse andmyou are suggesting that copper deficiency may weaken a persons elasticity, thus they prolapse. The cause of prolapse is more about an obesity, constipation (lack of green veg and fibrous foods like flax seed) and using forceps in hospital issue. Some people have sneezing fits or a constant cough causing prolapse and need to address this by stopping smoking or learn how to do pelvic floor exercises to prevent issues when they get an illness (i.e. Hay fever , allergy or bronchitis). Too much saturated fat and sugar and lack of particular exercise that considers the whole body (connective tissue and muscle synergy) encourages prolapse. Nevertheless, many do not get enough exercise and high cortisol (that's stress) is catabolic - causing muscle breakdown. Anal sex may also encourage prolapse and abnormal sexual practices can.

@@tanmusicch This was a couple of years ago. It's from too much polyunsaturated fat. Saturated fat is needed to break down sugar.. eating the wrong type of fat reduces your body's ability to break down sugar. Sugar only becomes a problem when your eating too much PUFA's. The cortisol and histamine.. is because your liver ran out of glycogen.. again it's the pufa's causing the sugar problem. You wake up in the morning and your sneezing.. drink a glass of filtered no pulp orange juice which is natural sugar... and the sneezing and histamine goes away in minutes. I got the right info from a biologist.. DR Ray Peat... watch his videos he is the best! Do not eat flax seed or any seeds.. they are PUFA's... it's the fruit of life and the seeds of death.. you can eat the apple but you can't eat the seeds.
Deep fried fish is the worst offender.. the fish is already a pufa and your deep frying it in oil which is more pufa's.. it's a double whammy of pufa's on your body and it will take 4 years of avoidance to get it out from just one meal. The above food will make you sick in as little as 6 months of eating it every day. Dr Glidden says "if I had a choice of a cigarette or a french fry.. I'd rather smoke the cigarette." " Colonel Sanders has been dead for 40 years and he's still killing people."
