Update for S5: Beast in the Ice no longer requires crafting sigils and is now a regular dungeon like the other bosses. Same location, south of Kyovashad. Varshan only requires malignant hearts to summon. Stygian stone requirement for tormented bosses reduced from 2 to 1.
This information was so hard to collect and present to other humans, that it literally took almost 11 months since the release, for a single person to achieve the unachievable. That single person was Codeth, thank you.
How often can you summon the same boss within a day? I defeated the first 2 and I tried return inside the dungeon and the summoning altar is nowhere to be found.
Unlimited. Currently you have to leave dungeon and reset before going back in. From Season 5 onward, you won't have to do that and the altar will just reappear.

I went to all of them. I saw that they were not there. How should I activate them? How should I release them? I played the game once until the end.
I usually wouldn't bother with the bosses in WT3 and just wait until WT4 unless you absolutely need a unique item from them to get your build working. It's going to depend on your class, build, and items though
If you're going after a specific unique item, certain bosses have a higher chance at dropping them, so you can 'target farm' for them. Check the loot table in the description.

The caves should be there starting on WT3
What should be my level to attempt the bosses? I just got to WT3. My level is around 45

Same drop rate, different drop tables aside from uber uniques
