Hey just got a 1972 Honda motorcycle for free, everything is on it almost not the plastic cover though I think all it needs is a battery and tires and a good cleaning if you have any tips or helpful info let me know because I'm new with motorcycles. But I've been watching a lot of y'all's videos they help out a lot.
I HAVE A '79 Z50R!!! It was my first motorcycle (at 34 lol) and I rustored it myself. Taught myself to do a top end and now I can putter it around my yard and the neighborhood.
I'm going to be 50 in a few weeks and got my first bike a month ago. Axis M200 same as a ct200u-ex but buy the coleman not this pos. I've replaced almost everything but the wheels and seat so far.
Not even gonna lie ive been watching you guys for years and I'm just so happy to see you guys growing together still and you guys are still alive and are out of the drama. You guys are just doing what regular guys are meant to do and i love you guys. Keep it up. ill show you my bike that i built 212cc with a monster carb in it and i added a key start. I got you.
I lost some skin on one of those 40 years ago. Took 162 stitches to sew me back up. I was back on it the next day. I was looking behind me at my brother on his Yamaha MX 80 while I was come through a gate and drifted up along side the barbed wire fence. I still ride bikes quads and snowmobiles and I still ride hard. I also have big respect for my toys. It's easy to have a lapse in judgment when riding or get too excited in the moment. Even when paying attention. Gee I miss that Z50. Locked up the motor and bent the front fork in the end. RIP ! Maybe one day you can Find an MX80 to revive. That would be cool.
I just stuffed an 86 Z50 in the back of a Honda Fit to deliver to my brother to work on. It's not running, but my brother worked on many in the 70s. Cool stuff.
I love those little Hondas, in first grade I got a mini bike. My mom got a mini trail 70. I ended up riding her mini trail 70 but I had to land in place where I could put my foot down cuz I was too short to reach the ground. It was lovely❤ by the way, I was nine at the time😮
I love little gas engines, so obviously love the Z50. Would love to see the finished product and the handover to the niece and nephew 10 year old me is jealous.
When I was about seven my dad bought me some kind of Honda 50. It was yellow and had a three speed automatic transmission and the damn gas tank popped off when I crashed, some kind of safety feature. That was early seventies.
I had a 1976 mini trial 50 in red just like this 50. Still have it too. The rear break and front forks look exactly the same lol. Love that little bike
Putting that sticker over those questionable graphics on a child's bike, made me like these guys even more. Shows they really do care about the fact that kids are their audience and there's no reason for that on a child's toy. Im always comfortable with my kids watching C&C alone. Thanks guys
That is one of my absolutely all-time favorite bikes I have wanted one ever since I was a little kid my cousin had a Honda the white red one absolutely awesome guys absolutely awesome 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯
We had a 69 or 70 Honda mini trail 50. It had suspension, both ends. albeit not that good. Thing ran forever, I am 62 and it ran for sure til I was 40ish and it was sold.
That sounds like a headgasket. I work for a chinese powersports shop with the similar honda clone engines makes the same noise when its got a blown gasket
in those 3 gears half automatic systems when you push gear to first and keep foot down its in neutral, and when you releas foot its go in gear, you can do it in every gear and i used that " neutral " when i was in lights or wanted to roll down in to hill,
I was about to say: Hey, that gravel lot and fence looks exactly like Kevin's lot...and whatintheheck are Ike and John doing around snowmokay I see! We're crossing the streams.
Cool little bike. Are you guys trying to do American Chopper with minibikes :-) The Z50A was the first real mini motorcycle with its relatively big wheels, knobbies, decent brakes, and proper 3-speed transmission. When I was a kid we all had minibikes with 3.5HP Tecumseh engines and centrifugal clutches. My friend with his Z50A was always waiting at the top of the long steep hill up from the creek, saying What took you guys so long? We had to push our bikes most of the way up, or do a lot of foot-paddling. Lol. Cheers from Canada :-)
I really like the 50 Chopper but I think I'd prefer an electric modded one instead of gas.... Also I can't get over that little carburetor, it looks like it came out of a gumball machine or something, it's so adorable. 😂😂
Monday upload just like old times!
Love your channel
is it returning or is this a one time thing?

I had a Honda 50 when I was 6 or 7. Think it was a 1969 or 70, had a blast and that's where the love of motorcycles came from.
OMG A MONDAY DROP!!!!!!
My neighbor and I just got a 1970 running for my son this past weekend. Runs pretty good and the boy is doing laps around the yard for hours.
Man this hits me in the feels. My first off road machine was a 1965 Honda z50

Jumping that curb, now that was some thrilling heroics.

I had a 1976 mini trial 50 in red just like this 50. Still have it too. The rear break and front forks look exactly the same lol. Love that little bike
When my boys were young. Had them 2 70 atc 3 wheelers . They bucked off dang near every adult that tried to ride them ) Very fun little vehicles .
Imagine a little kid being gifted this. It would be the holy grail.
I just love how John says we got it running and Isaac and Kevin did all the work!! LOL
Putting that sticker over those questionable graphics on a child's bike, made me like these guys even more. Shows they really do care about the fact that kids are their audience and there's no reason for that on a child's toy. Im always comfortable with my kids watching C&C alone.

Iv been watching re-runs on Monday this is a awesome update
We had a 69 or 70 Honda mini trail 50. It had suspension, both ends. albeit not that good. Thing ran forever, I am 62 and it ran for sure til I was 40ish and it was sold.
If it had rear suspension, the oldest it could be is a Z50K3, which was released in 1972.
Monday Bike Night as I'm finishing mounting my new 30 series.
Going to take a break for some food and watch.
Back to old school Monday upload.
Well this is the first time in a long time since you had a Monday video assuming I don't have a two day Gap gap in my memory
Before you guys leave JYD's place, how about a set of coil-over shock,or even a set of Air,to help the wagon on your way home??

the moment i saw the title said storage unit, i knew it included Kevin aka Junkyard Digs xD
What a pleasant surprise 🎉
That sounds like a headgasket. I work for a chinese powersports shop with the similar honda clone engines makes the same noise when its got a blown gasket
We had a 1980 from new until 2015 and it didn’t need anything but normal maintenance! Fucker was a tank! Still regret selling it to this day…
in those 3 gears half automatic systems when you push gear to first and keep foot down its in neutral, and when you releas foot its go in gear, you can do it in every gear and i used that " neutral " when i was in lights or wanted to roll down in to hill,
Yeeyee

Reminds me of my first mini bike a new 1972 Honda QA50. We rode the crap out of it for three years.

Alway a place in me heart for the honda 50 had a QA and an MR
Once I saw the driveway I was like that's Kevin's shop fk yeah!!
You guys Need a sticker that says "don't worry it'll buff out" I'd buy a few if you guys had that in your sticker collection.😂
She's a classic lol 😂👍
Don't even need to watch, it's a Honda, it'll run... :P
That looks like one of those those mini bikes at the carnival that goes around and around.
Awesome, little bike

I'm speechless.
You know these are great guys if they can make an awesome 20-minute video on a 50cc pit bike.
I can’t believe I’m the 3’rd person who has watched this video and the first to comment, love the video keep it up
Nothing says "been well loved", quite like a devil's head and three 6's. 😂 @1:00
Glad Kevin covered it up, I almost stopped watching when I first saw it.
How long have I been asleep? it’s Wednesday already!
I really like the 50 Chopper but I think I'd prefer an electric modded one instead of gas.... Also I can't get over that little carburetor, it looks like it came out of a gumball machine or something, it's so adorable. 😂😂
That is the coolest oldest 50cc bike I've ever seen I love it thank you for the video in the content gentleman and I hope you guys are all doing well
What is the update on the Z50R with the 108 kit? You said in the video you were going to order sprockets.
It sprung an oil leak and a leak in the fuel tank and likely needs a new clutch! The thing friggin rips though!
@@CarsandCameras Dang, yeah it did rip.
Just imagine how surprised I was that. You released a video on a Monday.
