The next good habit I am going to add is meditation. It's been 73rd day today, I am writing a journal, writing thoughts of the day in a diary, avoiding cold drinks and going for a morning walk without any skip. I started enjoying my own company now. I had done those after I watched your videos on March 1. Thank you for sharing those good habits.

You right miss dristi. I am also support the habits what you say. Once upon a time I am also perform these habits but after select in the IIT I am not maintain these habits. Only I am engaged in the syllabus of my course . But the habits like meditation,book reading these two habit are always help me in the selection in IIT. Now I am only one habit in my life that is writting. It is solved half of my life problem when I am write.
6:34 when it comes to priority list I would like to add up something Aap ek aur way se uss list ko likhne ka tarika enhance kr skte ho just like I do it (kahi to dekha tha but yd ni kaha)😅 First I select 9-10 tasks to be done today And then select 5 of them as non-negotiable tasks Now anyhow I have to do the non-negotiable tasks before going to bed And in while preparing the to do list for the next day I will add all the yesterday's left over tasks in today's to do list And again mark 5 as non-negotiable And via this when the left over tasks will become important they will be marked as non-negotiable Hence I would not end up my day by just doing some less important tasks instead of the important ones Aur Mai to ese set krta hu apni priority list if anyone finds a flaw in this you are most welcome to correct/enhance my method BTW very happy to see you again Drishti Di ☺️ Ese ese videos laate rha kro
