A rear-end ripped from a chassis would require a new chassis I would think ?
I guess the rear bed frame is just there to support the tub and rear exile so I guess providing it can be aligned ok it will be fine until the next bright spark tail ends it again ! 🤣😂

I just don't see how all that work is worth it and I don't know anyone who would want that truck after all that frame damage that being sad you guys do work hard and it seems like you do good work I just wouldn't want a truck with all that damage back

Difícil avaliar a segurança desse veículo após esse tipo de intervenção no chassi. A qualidade do trabalho de funilaria também deixou a desejar com o uso de grossas camadas de massa, mas sem dúvida o resultado final ficou bom.

@@jeffgoddard4100you're not supposed to cut the frame and welded back it might be okay on a regular car because it has a subframe, but on a truck it's a big no-no. The proper way to do it is to replace the whole frame. That frame will never be 100%.

@10:58 Great work, but whether a rattle can or some kind of DeVilbiss spray pistol you should at least use a human 'muzzle protector' over your nose and mouth, better yet use goggles also. Keep this stuff out of your bloodstream, your body will than you for not breathing this stuff like @13:58.

I dont trust it. You bootleg fixed it. Rattle can primer, not painted in a dustless paint booth. Not confident the frame is straight. Etc. Etc.

I’ve saw people rattle can vehicles and it look showroom quality. I’ve also saw people paint in the booth and it turn out dogshit🤷🏻♂️

That frame had more twists in it than a pretzel. That frame should have been replaced. That truck will never ride right. Been doing this for 20 years. I would never pull the frame. A twisted, fully boxed frame that's twisted...and ya just pull it and replace an 18 in section? 😂. Want to know how to actually repair a truck this damaged? @VEHCOR here on UA-cam
I keep telling IVAN and Mike to cut off the left front spring bolt because it hits the gas tank . Cut an inch off the new bolt and put it in from the outside but no | .
