Great rebuild guys. The 2015, 2016 & 2017 is the best looking front ends on the Ford F-150. The newer models look to wimpy for me. The newer models are nice trucks don’t get me wrong but they don’t look beefy enough to me. Y’all did an awesome job on this rebuild as usual guys. I could watch y’all rebuild trucks all day.

What did Roush do? Lol... Looks like a stock ass F150 entry level with some wheels
you obviously didn't see the procharger or the custom exhaust system. It's approximately 650 HP, Ford doesn't make one that is "stock" with that, MAYBE with a 5 star tune on a HO ecoboost 3.5.
@@morganitconsultant I mean, if you saw a pro charger then I must have missed it because they give a pretty good start up shot of the engine.

Amazing video.. What I always notice in their spray booth is how close the painter holds his gun to the surface. Their paint looks great, but that just seems far less that is recommended by any paint that I have sprayed.

Love the video. I love to watch frame straightening. I do have one question, as an old retired alignment tech, when you have uneven caster with negative to the right and you have only .3 degrees offset camber to the left, aren't you creating a right pull situation? We always left an offset with negative to the left for road crown, I assume even on a Ford you can still adjust camber and caster????

Great, but what happened to the Ford badge on the grill?
I saw it laying on the front passenger seat when Micheal was installing the air bag but it may have been messed up so they may be waiting on a new one. But it is not on the truck at the end of the video.

How do you reinforce the bottom front chassis now that the metal has been forced back into it original state ?
Cool Video just way to compact.... get back to the old formula.... much better. This is like a time lapse (sucks) but could have been 4 or 5 videos with you guys explaining.... teaching ... But its just my opinion 1.5 c worth lol
What could have torn the bed out like that? I understand how the front was impacted (pole, most likely) but the side of the bed was peeled away.
May be something that weighted a lot and was not tied down?
Looks like a guide wire from a power pole got to it and ripped it open.it was bad whatever it was.
