What was your favorite?
I need that rainbow ice cream cone right now! I never knew this was in Chicago!
Oh yes please get one. It's great.
Lost all credibility when you said Illinoise. There’s no saying the “s”.
Thank you for giving polish sausages the love they deserve.
I grew up really close to rainbow cone. Always a great treat 🤤
Should be on the list. Palmer House Hotel brownie (original recipe 1898), Ricobene's Fried Steak Sandwich and Vesuvio chicken sandwich. Gym Shoes sandwich ( gyros meat, corned and roast beef), Pack Shoes sandwich (gyros, corned and roast beef, steak, chicken). Most popular pizza in Chicago- Tavern style pizza. Pizza puff, Pizza Pot Pie (Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder). Mother- in law, tamale, chilli hot dog (Fat Jhonnie's Famous Red Hot). Flaming cheese Saganki ( Parthenon restaurant), Birria tacos( Birerria Zaragoza), Billy Goat Tavern cheezeburgers. Bookbinder soup served since 1933 at the Drake Hotel Chicago.
What a great list! Thanks so much for sharing
We LOVE deep dish pizza in Chicago!
I found the burger place just below Michigan avenue, the billy goat tavern with their cheezburger. That's likely what I'll try first, and then hopefully some polish food and fried chicken too. Very excited for my trip
Overhyped, WAAAAAAAY OVER HYPED, go to Al’s beef on Taylor, go to Connie’s Pizza, stay off public transportation unless you got a 38 Snub n a camera, here in Chicago the criminals are victims when they get shot
Lots of gems in this one
I love Chicago deep dish pizza! I could eat it 3x's per day
i could eat a Chicago hot dog any time, day or night!
Me too and I’m a native!

Chicago has two types of Pizza, Chicago Style Pizza and Tavern Pizza
I read on tiktok that people in Chicago the locals dont even eat deep dish pizza lol
Yup. We prefer our tavern style thin crust cut into squares 😁
It's true...only for special occasions
We eat thin and deep . I love Lou Malnati deep dish but I love various thin crust too.
I haven’t been in Chicago in years and now I’m craving it but living there I don’t remember eating it at all.
We DO NOT deep dish we eat tavern style pizza.
Need that Paradise pup or tillos in da mix 😁😁

Manny’s is a Chi staple. They’re not cheap, but they’re the best corn beef sandwich delicatessen.
You do NOT pronounce the S in Illinois 🙄🙄

Oh my gosh....."Illin-Noise" ! This gentleman certainly isn't from the state.

The s in Illinois is silent. You lost some credibility with that.
There is no noise in illinois
El Jibarito comes from Puerto Rico 😅
WHAT--NO HOT DOGS???????
Don't go to Harolds.. Uncle Remus chicken is BY FAR wayyyy better and has a better sauce.
Also. Us chicagoans know that Thin crust is the REAL Chicago Pizza. DEEP DISH IS FOR THE TOURISTS
You’re not pronouncing Ann Sather last name correctly as a Chicago native I’m here to say that’s her actual name so didn’t they tell you?
Subbed because he said "Illinois" correctly. With the "S".
Haha, we'll take it! Hope you enjoyed our Best foods to try in Chicago video!
It's actually without the S.
The "S" is slilent.
Yeah, no.
Nothing about Chicago hot dogs????

How can we take your video seriously when you cant even say Illinois properly?!? Its not "Ill-i-noise". Its "Ill-i-noy". Yikes.
