I made a case for my zippo in that kind of style but i add some twisted copper wire straps to one side so i could have it on my belt. Then i saw this video and i want to make a phone case for my belt now. Thanks DIRESTA. You are amazing

Drill a small hole in the bottom so that when you're putting the phone in the air in the case has somewhere to go.

MoodiFLEX You are right, as you can see in the video, you can put the phone in and out, but by adding a small hole at the bottom more air can flow into the case, thus making the process of taking the phone out or putting it in easier.
a case like that has a lot of potential. with a few modifications you can do many different things with that, give it access and view slots, make it openable and stuff

I would have put a hole with some wire mesh at the bottom for the speaker so you can hear it go off in your pocket. Also a headphone jack hole maybe. And as someone else suggested, a dremel-cut hole for charging. All-in-all great work! Love the videos, keep them coming!

So nice!! I would drill a hole for the speaker when it rings or for music, it would help with the vacuum when you pull/push the phone as well. You can turn the phone arround but it would press the on/off button but I guess he buit it to his specs

I tried making a iPhone 4 case that was an actual case out of wood a few years back but I didn't have the right tools or materials to make it how I wanted it to be so I had to scrap the project I might try and make one for the iPhone 7 when it comes out at my grand fathers shop.

Those iphones really need that sort of thing if you are doing similar sort of a job, because glass on those phones are tooo fragile. P.S. I am on engineer and construction business and I never broke glass on my former Nokia n8 and n9 phones, and they are without case, and droped quite a few times on the concrete. My colleague's broke their I phones regularly... Never the less, great video
