My tip which is how I got through those two. Light element sword + parry. Light element sword is great on any boss obviously. Parry you just parry them then wait for them to attack and bounce off so you are guaranteed they are put into hit stun. Try to go into each of the two Mine fights with heat as well so you can cheese a bit of their health too.
Edit: also both of them can be grabbed easily with the Herculean strength headband too after they bounce off as well if you instead want guaranteed cheese since you can get a knockdown then gun them up. Then once they wake up you repeat.
