Meditation is difficult, but I've been trying to start up and stick to it for a minimum of 30 days, they say even if it's only 5 or 10 minutes, so that will be mine. I also have a journal where I just write my feelings about things… Love this, too! Going to try the intermittent fasting. And I always start my day spending time with Him!

I have gone from strict Keto, to slightly dirty Keto, to now Ketovore (mostly meat) (since 2020). I feel fantastic! I’m 64, and most of my aches and pains have disappeared.
Please take fiber supplements. I got diverticulitis from not enough fiber. I am 65.

Dealing with health issues for the past year and then being out work 6 months now...need to build up my stamina and strength. I tried to learn how to crochet last year and I lasted about 6 stitches. lol. Maybe I'll give it another go. Gonna try the pillow you recommended. I have one I LOVE, but it's getting old and they don't make them anymore. Sadness! So I'll give it a try. I never even thought about pillows giving you more wrinkles, but makes sense! I'm not so worried about wrinkles as I am about not getting a stiff neck/being able to move in the morning. ;) 🧸🧸🧸

It’s so true. Really sick with COVID here too. And it gets worse the more times you get it. Also, this strain is pretty rough.
The cold shower thing is a little easier if you just start with your water just a little bit warm and then turn the water colder gradually. I do this all the time and it feels great any time of the year. All of your other biohacking habits actually sound very reasonable and attainable. They all seem like small habits to make yourself a better version of you and who doesn't like to feel better.

Your cold shower reaction....YES! HAHA... Love sardines...are Kippers as good??? The quiet meditation time...for me it is door closed, candle, early coffee and Bible study....REALLY trying to be more routine with this. New " habits" take HOW LONG to become natural? For service.....I would suggest helping with serving meals with a kitchen that serves meals...you can do that no matter where you travel to and any and all hands are always so appreciated..... Tie a few beanies out in public places for someone who needs one.....lamp posts, benches.... tree branches..... they always get grabbed up.

I gave up oat milk in my coffee. I do intermittent fasting as well. Oat milk breaks a fast so now I do Ghee butter and Bulletproof MCT oil. I got used to it and I actually really like it that way now. (Frothing it is the key!) So much better that way. Cinnamon is always yummy! :)

I’m not talking about Covid or a head cold. I’m talking about chronic illness, wounds wouldn’t heal, constantly tired with extreme fatigue. 100% has to do with being vegan. Once I added in meat, my constant, body aches, and symptoms went away. Basically, it made me sickly and malnourished.

I've used red light with heat for years on my body (have R.A.) I also use red light on face for my aging. I take D3 and fish oil pills, can't stand sardines ( my father made us eat them as kids) you know how are past can affect us!! Happy travels!
I do many of those things as well. Love my tongue scraper. I like coconut milk better than butter in my coffee. And the cold shower doesn't have to be frigid cold , just colder. You get used to it😊

I've been doing the cold shower after a hot shower thing for a while BUT I only last about 10 seconds and I just have the water run over my head mostly because I can't stand it hitting my body. So I'm probably defeating the purpose but I just can't stand it.😨

I try to do the cold "splash", after my very warm and cozy shower, I will turn the heat off and just stand under the water as it gets colder. I never last very long, I have Raynaud's and I end up looking as blue as Violet Beauregarde. 🤣 And being on the autism spectrum with food aversions makes the whole sardine thing a little green in the face. I will try some of the exercise stuff though, I am disabled and chronically ill/pain, but I do need to build a habit of getting out more. I do want to try the no electronics before bed...wish me luck, lol.

I was eating an excess of all the proper nutrients every day, my body just could not absorb them. Wounds wouldn’t heal, chronic fatigue, etc. I felt great for the first year, but got very sick on and off for three years after that. After four years total, I decided to eat meat and felt better within two - four weeks lol. I haven’t heard those issues since.
