Great video! I got Null_23 installed on my Gear and ever since I can't seem to make the bluetooth tether work. I am using an LG Optimus G and everytime I connect the Gear via bluetooth tether the checkmark stays on until I try to actually use the internet on the gear. Can't figure it out...not sure if you might know a fix of some sort...
Two questions: which ROM were you using and what app do you recommend to type notes on Gear and synch with Note 3? Oh, and also one last thing....what is the battery life of the ROM you are using? How many hours per day?
Dose null rom still work on galaxy gear... I have tried flashing custom trwp so many times on rooted gear Iv tried different methods and it dosent work... :(

That happened to my partner's Samsung watch. There is no way to safely fix it. I stopped wearing mine in solidarity and ordered the K8 smartwatch, which was a disapointment. We just got G68 Smartwatches which are better at basic functionality than the Samsungs.
+RetroGamingManiac Didn't work. I let Mine sit for 48 hours once and nothing. I then tried a series of other methods and solutions from other links and still nothing. I tried all of that just to avoid having to open it up. Turns out that was the only way I'd get it to work again. Simply detach the battery from the motherboard, then reattach it. Done. It's already been 2 months of flawless charging. Problem solved.

Hi , at the start and end of the video , the watch translates English to another language , is that an app ? Google voice ? What is it and how do I get it ? Can you get it on galaxy s5? Cheers
The translation app is GOOGLE TRANSLATE, and I am sure it works on your Galaxy (Android) phone. Available on the Play store. Make sure to DOWNLOAD OFFLINE LANGUAGES also.
I used the Play Store directly on the Gear device. You could also try an app like MyAppSharer, which allows to you to extract the APKs from the Play Store...

plug into your desktop via usb and let hit sit for a min. it should boot up and show its charging
