Top Chef.. Bahan dan bumbu yg kamu miss out.. Bawang panjang Se pokok potong pendek, Fermanted Bean paste 2.spoon ,Tomato Se biji, Cabai merah besar se batang, Sos Turam, Chicjen stock, Udang kering 80 gm, timbuk kadar untuk di tumis, juice Limau nipis 2 spoon, Kicap air, Belacheng goreng 2 spoon, untuk di tumus tumis, bawang putih yg gotemg garing 5.sudu Buah jangus 60 gm yg goreng garing, last 20 secound baru turun dalam kuah ketam.. Tutup api, Finished Work. ! Ok. Gd job!

Udang kering tumbuk kasar, jika ketam macam ini goreng, Isi Ketam sudah jadi Isi getah ketam.. ( Ketam kena marinate dengan serbuk lada putih plus tepong ubi kayu 3 sudu, siaking 20 minutes, baru mula mengoreng 80 per cent masak sahaja. Ok. Gd try !

Ini lah.. Penang Champion, Sweet Sour Chilli Crabs .jika haya bibuh Chilli Sis, kita tak boleh menag Asua Chef atau Master Chef.. Singapura ! ( miss out cabai kisar 3 sudu, masa kumu tumis bumbu sudah kurang banyak nya)

Hi Sir can i ask u. U add in 5 tbsp ketcup chilly sauce. Did u also add in tomoto sauce. I saw there written 3tbsp. Is it refer to ketcup tomato saice????? Pls reply. I want to cook this dish on cmy
