    I tried your recipe but added msg, Blachan and dried shrimp to the blended mix. Furthermore added a chicken cube while adding the water. Excellent recipe....thanks

    Recioi yg boleh jadi mutu yg tinggi dan tahap yg lebih too ialah.. Buah jangus, Fermanted Bean ,Telur masin yg kuning ambil goreng, Udang kering 100 gm, goreng garing dan tumbuk bagi kasar.. Recipi ini boleh Fight dengan.. Asia Chef.. Ok. Gd job. !

    Sos Chilki 8 sufu, Sos Tomato 4 sudu, juice limau nipisc3 sudu, bawang putih 2 biji, tumbuk bagi harus, gula 1.spoon ,chicken stock,, kicap air, gaul sebati dengan Air Panas 6 spoon.. Ladt.. 30 secound baru turun dalam kuah Ketam. Ok.

    Thank you Anne for the recipe! I made it with prawns and homemade mantou/steamed buns. It was delicious!
    A bit tricky to get crabs, in London lockdown at the moment!

    Buah jagus 80 gm, goreng bagi garing, telur masin, ambil kuning 5 biji goreng garing, belah 2 0.. Bawang putih 5 Sudu yg goteng garing..     Ketam kena marinate dengan 1 tea spoon serbuk lada putih, 5 spoon tepong ubi kayu.. Mada 20 minutes, baru mula mengoteng 80per cent madak sahaja.. Ok.

    SoS chilli 6 spoon campur SoS tomato 3 spoon, Gula 1 spoon, Serbuj lada putih half tea spoon, Baeang putih 2.biji tumbuk harus, Mixed well dengan Air Panas 5 spoon, last 20 secound baru turun di kuah Ketam, tutup api, Finished work .om.

      Hi there Marz, no we didn’t add any MSG into this dish. We find that adding a little sugar is good enough to bring out the ‘umami’ of MSG in this Chilli Crab. We do enjoy MSG in our cooking at times! 😋😋😋

    Halli Top Chef.. First Step.. Belachen goreng 2 sudu, cabai kisar 5 sudu, halia 3.keping bawang besatlr 1 biji potong kasar, bawang putih 5 biji tumbuk kadar, Chicjen stock, garam dan guka Tumis sekalu, yg paling mustahak di tecipi tersebut. ,ok.

    2.8k..Bererti Orang Singapura tak tahu makan .Sweet Sour Chilli Crabs.. Ini ialah Home Chef, bukan Chef Restaurant ( Bahan yang miss.out....Bawang panjang Se pokok, Hakua 3 keping, Asam keping 1.keping ,Tomati Sebiji belah 2 ,Bawang Se biji pitong kasar, untuk di tumis, Balacheng goreng 2.sudu ,Cabai kisar 2 sudu, Chicken stock, Gula Melaka untuk di tumis semua, Air 4.5 mangkuk, ini bujan goreng ketam, Ini Masak Gulai Ketam, Kena Belajar 1.tahun lagi. Ok.

      probably cause lobster is more expensive (basically anywhere in the world) And i know lobster is more highly spoke of, but i personally prefer 🦀💗

    Everything was smelling great.... until it came to the chili n tomato sauce. I added 3/4cup each per the description. Wayyyyyy too much. Looking back at the vid. Was far less. A dollop of each.

      Hi Shimi, thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the late reply. We did use 3/4 cup each of tomato and chilli sauce (perhaps the video editing made it look like less). However sometimes the intensity of the sauces vary depending on the brand used. We used Maggi. Our mum Anne suggests that if the sauce tastes too sour or ‘tomato-y’, then you can adjust the flavours with a little bit of sugar and salt. Alternatively, don’t add all the sauces at one go. Add in small amounts, according to your personal taste. Hope that helps. Take care 💗
