Fab couple of videos on your SUP trip. I just would've rinsed the lid with the bottled water & carry on drinking it!! I've done a kayak wild camping trip on the Thames so know how much joy you got out if this - I loved it too.

Just a safety tip that's it's much safer on rivers to attach the sup ankle leash to a quick release belt, as the leash can get tangled in underwater weeds and it's much more difficult to detatch the leash from your ankle in an emergency than it its to pull the emergency cord on a belt - they're only about 15 quid on amazon but could save your life X

There's an island on Loch Lomond in Scotland called Inchconnachan...and it's home to wallabies!! 🦘🦘I'd love to take a SUP board and paddle closer to see these guys for real ✨🌊 I reckon it can squeeze in my van ✌thanks for the incred couple of paddle videos guys!!!
Just stumbled across your channel… really beautiful footage. The only cautionary suggestion is I would be extremely careful about wearing ankle leashes in rivers. It can be very dangerous and we had multiple deaths occur here in the PNW from paddling in rivers wearing ankle leashes. Leashes in rivers need to be above the waist and preferably with a quick release belt. … overall wonderful video though. Stay safe :-)

This looked sooo much fun, you guys both smashed it! I don't think I'd have drank the water either unless I filtered it too 😂 I hiked part of the Great Glen way earlier this year to connect onto a different trail and saw some kayakers following the Caledonian canal as a route from Fort William to Inverness which had some amaze views. I'd love to do the route across the canals and lochs to do the journey between the places 🌊

Loved this! I’ve done plenty of multi day hiking and camping trips which I love, and this looks like so much fun - another way of exploring! This may be boring but if I won I’d actually love to do a similar trip to you guys on the river Severn! Or take it out around the Cornwall/Pembrokeshire coast (depending on the waves) 😂

We would love to do something similar here in Central Portugal, where we have some amazing rivers with fabulous views quite near to where we are located. We fancy a few nights on the Rio Zezere but it may be quite big/wide for our first trip so will need to do some further research for the first trip. We love how stable the Bluefin SUP looks too. It actually looked rather delicious! but the amount of chemicals that are pumped into the river severn, you will definitely need to do more than boil it, as that doesn’t remove chemicals or sediment :)

Or Vistula river in Poland, Odra is regulated (by germans enginners back in 1900', to help with water transport and possibly of easily going up the river) Vistula is wild...

Hi Nic&Sam great video you were really lucky with the weather , l was going to do some paddleboarding in The Upton area on my way back from doing a 3 month tour of France where Vera Google informed me over a 8week period l had actually paddleboarded , cycled and walked best part of a thousand miles , but the weather was so crappy around The Malvern and Upton area l decided against it . If l was lucky enough to get chosen for a Blue Fin Cruise l would be taking it to The Galloway Forest and paddle loch Clatteringshaws , loch Dee , and loch Trool over a three day period in September to celerbrate my 71st birthday . All of the lochs are connected up by forest roads which l will be riding with board and camping gear o n my trusty bike . I know you are saying but you already have a board , the reason for wanting a Blue Fin Cruise my board is surf orientated and isnt the best type of board to do river / lake adventure cruising . The Cruise will have more stability better directional tracking and with the extra nose rocker will cut through the chop more easily . I'll understand if you pass on me and give The Cruise to someone who needs it more than me 😢 , but it would be a fantastic Birthday Present ! 😎🤙
Got myself a few vans that im finishing up for sale and one to keep for my own adventures, i love kayaking and SUPing, mostly around Derby so far but id take the new board back up Northumberland or Scotland, those are on the cards next 👌 congrats on finishing out your adventute on the Seven! I’ve enjoyed the trip videos with my 9 year old. He’s just got back from cub camp, where he tried paddle boarding for the first time. We live in Somerset so there are some lovely rivers to explore plus we are close to the Jurassic coast and also our fav beach which is Weymouth.
If I won I’d want to go paddle boarding everywhere! But I’d probably go to Derwent Water in the Lakes first as that’s where I got my first taste for paddle boarding so it’s only right 👌🏻🌊
This adventure looked amazing. We would love to try paddleboarding, it's something we have been looking at. We would like to start near to home around chelmsford or Cambridge but then who knows where the journey takes us after.

Quite enjoyed watching u guys on ur trip, enjoy all ur vids. I cant even swim and want to save up and invest in a paddle board now and head out with a tent now lol. oh! I'll give this a go, mind I never win anything... ha! I loved these last couple of videos, something different on the channel. We're into kayaking but do fancy a sup for variety. We live in Essex but are originally from Northern Spain, I remember when you travelled to Santander and ended up in my neck of the woods, that's how I discovered your channel. I wouldn't mind taking both kayak and sup there. Keep up the great work you do with the videos Cheers.
Hi Nic&Sam great video you were really lucky with the weather , l was going to do some paddleboarding in The Upton area on my way back from doing a 3 month tour of France where Vera Google informed me over a 8week period l had actually paddleboarded , cycled
and walked best part of a thousand miles , but the weather was so crappy around The Malvern and Upton area l decided against it . If l was lucky enough to get chosen for a Blue Fin Cruise l would be taking it to The Galloway Forest and paddle loch Clatteringshaws , loch Dee , and loch Trool over a three day period in September to celerbrate my 71st birthday . All of the lochs are connected up by forest roads which l will be riding with board and camping gear o n my trusty bike . I know you are saying but you already have a board , the reason for wanting a Blue Fin Cruise my board is surf orientated and isnt the best type of board to do river / lake adventure cruising . The Cruise will have more stability better directional tracking and with the extra nose rocker will cut through the chop more easily . I'll understand if you pass on me and give The Cruise to someone who needs it more than me 😢 , but it would be a fantastic Birthday Present ! 😎🤙
Got myself a few vans that im finishing up for sale and one to keep for my own adventures, i love kayaking and SUPing, mostly around Derby so far but id take the new board back up Northumberland or Scotland, those are on the cards next 👌 congrats on finishing out your adventute on the Seven! Ideally we'd love to paddle the great rivers of America but thats not gonna happen so lake District is the perfect substitute 😁

I’ve enjoyed the trip videos with my 9 year old. He’s just got back from cub camp, where he tried paddle boarding for the first time. We live in Somerset so there are some lovely rivers to explore plus we are close to the Jurassic coast and also our fav beach which is Weymouth.
If I won I’d want to go paddle boarding everywhere! But I’d probably go to Derwent Water in the Lakes first as that’s where I got my first taste for paddle boarding so it’s only right 👌🏻🌊

We would like to start near to home around chelmsford or Cambridge but then who knows where the journey takes us after.
I’d love the orange one, I LOVE paddle boarding and find it so tranquil and calming. The first place I’d take it is Coniston lake, my safe haven❤️

I would take my labdoodle on a local trip on the river Ystwyth in Aberystwyth. On the sea and lakes where I live in Mid West Wales. And...pop over to see the dolphins here in Wales

Haha, thankfully not, the cows we saw were bloody huge too 😂. It was an incredible trip and yes at the end we just wanted to fall asleep on the grass instead of film the outro 😂

Enjoyed this a lot! FYI There's several small portable water filters available for hiking/ ultra endurance events that would make that river water 100% safe to drink. Expensive, but maybe a potential sponsor would sort you out?

No we didn’t realise! 😂 the handle only clips in one way , so I’m not sure how else we can hold it 😅
