    Another banger you just dropped🙏🏻 does sleeping well really have that much of an impact on training?

      thanks man! Yeah 100%. If i don’t get 7-8 hours AT LEAST, i can tell in the gym. Even if you don’t necessarily feel it, it’s very important for your body/muscles to have a chance to solely focus on recovery.
