Using the towel idea, you've given me a good idea to make some ghosts for the garden 'garden ghosts' for Halloween. I know it's a few months yet. Plenty of time. 😂😁
I worked for a cement coating company a long time ago. I learned that you can mix water-based paint into the last coat of cement. Also if you mix Portland cement with silica sand you can get a really smooth finished texture. I like the towel idea. I remember seeing an exhibit at the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum. The artist soaked denim pants in cement, I always wanted to try it.
@@mrembomrembo2832 @mrembomrembo2832 any water-based Hydraulic cement. it works best as a thin top coat, that's why the silica sand is an important aggregate. Anything thicker than an 8th inch or a few millimeters would be a waste of paint/pigment
I love watching how you create amazing Art and furniture...You give me so much inspiration gorge. .I do Have a suggestion ..Like with the pedestal stand you Made today with bowl And cup and cement....Maybe mix baking Soda and Paint to Cover up the seem line with texture as well as the outer part of stand ..just in idea to create More dimension...Anywho You're amazing 🥰👍
I need a cement dinning table! I live in the tropics and thermites have eaten away slowly the whole thing. I really don't want to have metal furniture all over the house. Any ideas?
Yes, i do a lot of cement and concrete work, and there are finishers that will basically apply a thin finish that will make the material smoother, stop it from being stained, and adds a gloss
I love the first effort. I think it's gorgeous. However, the second one is not my cuppa: it's too rough and uneven for my aesthetic. Actually, I think you did another bowl like this which i liked better because if I'm correct it was less uneven. Nevertheless, I love watching you create decor. Thank you.

You never disappoint with your projects 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.
Try putting water in first it makes it a lot easier to mix, much faster x
Try putting legs on the towel bowl, these are all really creative and look great ... I like your decor style and imagination ...

Mary❤️❤️❤️🙏
Great projects!
You make this look easy 👍🏼 I love the bowls ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks Jackie!
Make you some cement fruit to go in bowl! Apple, pear, orange or even a small pineapple! 🤔
Nice! Should the cement bowls be sealed with any type of sealer? Would like some diy for dining room table.
Jorge What are the measurements for the cement and water? Thanks 😊 I love all you do and your style
Can you make a bird bath?

The Sorry Girls just recently have done one, and a great one, a lot of hustle though
Question: Could we add some sort of “ clear coat” to protect cement bowls or vessels?

Amazing ideas! Subscribed 🎉
Love your DIY's they are always top notch! I think lemons in the bowl would be cool (since they have the skin on I think that's safe). :)
New subbie and wanted you to know that I truly enjoy your work/ designs! What cement are you using?
Genio Total !🇦🇷

Will joint compound or mixes of joint compound with other things stick to the cement? Have you ever tried it?
What kind of cement do you use to make really watery
Have you tried wet sanding with a sponge? It works and no dust
White wood glue joins and repairs cement products. The join will then be stronger than the cement.
Awesome
Thanks Mercedes!
I love it’s 💖💖💖💖
