so sorry about your dog Max. I know how hard this is, but for the animal its just the natural cause of life and It is better for them to go when they have reached old age and not to suffer. your dog has had the best life he could have ever asked for, full of love and care and he knew how much you loved him. Thats all that matters. I wish that you can enjoy all the love and happiness that your other two dogs will continue to give you:)

YES! I remember. It sucks because you aren't getting anything for the money you spend other than watching those debts slowly disappear. The day they are gone, you will be so happy you were disciplined. This made my night knowing you are actively working on it!

Amazing video as usual! Happy to know i’m not the only one who thinks like this! I currently have a whole financial plan written down for when i graduate with my masters with 401k and roth ira. I’m also currently investing in etf’s and have a tiny amount in bitcoin. Hopefully by the time i’m 50 i can feel financially safe :) thank you for explaining how you did everything and looking forward to the next video!

@@ASMRRealitywell i’m really young for now, and have a automatic amount that gets added to my bitcoin investment, once i get out of college and make some real money i will invest in mutual funds (to diversify my portfolio and minimize risk) and more into bitcoin (the more riskier investment). Hopefully in a couple years you’ll still be making video’s and we can have a chat about finances :) take care!

First of all thx alot for your videos I enjoy them alot.
Since you really believe in the vision of bitcoin i wanted to mention kaspa (might sound scammy lol). It basically tries to fulfill satoshis vision (which btc doesnt). Meaning fully decentralized, open source, no VCs/presale and all that junk and reallly freaking fast and innovative.
I just thought you might enjoy it, personally find it really exceting stuff (the performance has been a plus ofc)

do you have any plans with your money when youre older? like, do you always just want your money to multiply until you die or is there some point when you are 70 and cash out some of your investment fonds where you just buy a huge mansion or a ranch or a small company or give ig all to charity… or is it strictly about peace of mind for you?
I do plan to move somewhere warm. Once all my animals pass...probably in about 10 years, I will fully retire from real estate and move somewhere with an ocean view. This will take a lot of my money. I also plan to leave whatever I have left to causes that support animals. As for a mansion, I really have never wanted a giant house. I like being able to take care of my own stuff and don't want something so big that I needs housekeepers and maintenance men.

Life is good and two dogs are great. Actually have an appointment for 11 am to put my 14 year old chocolate lab down. He has had a great life but its time. Appreciate you asking about them. I just posted an investment whiteboard video you might like too!
@@ASMRRealityDerek I am so sorry about Max 😔 You clearly gave him a loving, healthy, and long life but as a dog owner myself I know it still hurts. It’s not easy, but I think almost all dog owners agree that the joy of having dogs is so impactful that we are willing to accept the inevitable pain of losing them. They are the purest forms of love 🤍 I will keep you in my thoughts!

As a white trash poor, it’s mind boggling to me how much money you can accrue just by having money. Nothing wrong with it, everybody in America can be playing the same game if they just do a little research.
I do wanna say it’s very cool of you to be so upfront and honest about your money. Obviously, there are reasons not to be like that and I’m sure you understand them. But putting a face to those numbers makes an impact.
I started as pure white trash and did this all through hard work....I sacrificed all my youth to do this....no vacations...no wife....no kids....80 hour work weeks and not spending the money on stupid stuff...no video games...just raw hard core effort.

Can you do a video on starting your own company, I’m a SFX makeup artist and currently trying to get a studio space but managing my income and paying taxes with people subcontracted under me is difficult and confusing to be honest
I have never started my own company though I am self employed. Being a realtor is like owning your own company but its not quite the same. If your helps is subcontracted, you don't have to pay taxes on them. The only people you have to pay tax for is actual employees. This is why it is always easier to contract out the help. I think your is more a fear of the unknown vs what it will really be like. Maybe you need an accountant to walk through the process but it really is not as hard as I think you think it might be. I respect the heck out of you for going on your own. You will make this work! If you ever have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask!
I’m honestly curious. If crypto becomes government regulated. (The us federal agencies are one of the biggest owners)… how is it unrestricted money as it claims? Only reason I’m afraid of investing in it, government.
I understand the fear but they truly can't control it. The US does not own it...no one does. They can ban the citizens from owning it but I just don't think they will nor do most people. It is a risk I am willing to take. As I said at the end...Fortune favors the BRAVE!
This looks liike a great system. We don't have a 401k here is Australia. The closest we have is Superannuation, which is more of a retirement scheme that is compulsory here.
I do feel lucky to have been born here where we have more financial options than most countries. We have our fair share of schemes here too so you definitely have to be careful. At least we both have access to Bitcoin!
I think for a 10k special there should be and hour long vid with inaudible, normal whisper , and a few other triggers the reality community can decide

You should look into BDCs and Private Credit funds. Generally stable investments with decent IRRs. You seem like you have the money to qualify for it (it’s an alternative) would probably be good for someone your age and net worth.

iam a student in medical school and iam really struggling when it comes to hard work i feel like i have half the iq of my fellow students and i fail to answer even the simplest questions so for me its either work myself until i get good grades or find something else to gain from

It sounds like you might be suffering from Imposter Syndrome. I struggled with it for many years. Something tells me you wouldn't be there if you weren't capable of succeeding there. I think your self doubt is getting the best of you. That doesn't mean you should stay there. You may not have seen my older video where I covered this but I went to school for pre-med and realized it was not for me. I wanted to be a doctor all my life until I actually went to school for it. I don't have the answer for you but I would recommend you double down where you are before deciding to leave. Work on your self doubt and see if feeling better about yourself actually makes you do better there. My gut tells me this is where the problem lies.

Damn, what do you think about college debt? I’m senior and been getting accepted to good colleges but wouldn’t be able to go to at least the majority without graduating with some debt (maybe like 10-20k) is it worth?
I think it all depends on what you are getting your degree in. $20k is not bad if the career you are pursuing is going to pay well. Truly $20k is not bad regardless of the career path. I think if you can graduate and only be $20k in debt then it is definitely worth it and I wouldn't get stressed out about it. I would just focus on getting it paid of as quickly as you can once you graduate and start working.

Zeitgeist is the documentary. There is more than one and I don't remember if it was the first or second one that had the money section that helped me. The second one is called Zeitgeist Addendum. They are both amazing.

I have a question why do you chose not to get married, or have kids?
Well it wasn't like I chose not to, it just never happened. I never found a woman that could deal with my work schedule while I was digging myself out of poverty and so none of my relationships ever lasted long enough to lead to marriage. I didn't want to have kids with anyone that I wasn't married to so that is how it happened that I am single with no kids.

youre missing the macro factors here man im telling you as a 26 year old that has done the research. t bills and interestes rates have been going down for 40 years, that reversed in 2020. real estate, bonds and tech stocks are all bad investments now
You could be right but my gut tells me the stock market will be at 50000 before you know it. People have been saying to protect yourself with gold for so long now and if you would have done that 10 years ago you would have lost out on so much money. Either its the end of the world or this thing is just going to keep on going. My feeling is if it is the end...it doesn't matter where your money is. The only thing that will matter is guns and matches.
@@ASMRReality yes people have been saying that for a while but that is because the bankers keep pumping the system with more fiat and postponing the crash. 2020 was the inflection point, dont worry about what people were saying 20 years ago even if there thesis was correct the timing was incorrect. also look at what a "bail in" means in banking terms, that is what is instore for us next time everything crashes. you are just blessed to not be n a country like new zealand where we have no self defence rights to speak of. for someone of your amount of money buying a few thousand dollars wirth of silver wouldnt even be that big of a sting, take it from a broke student whos fully invested just in precious metals and mining stocks.
in saying this i will acknowledge they may go back to QE and cause a crack up boom which will mean everything will go up. but that will lead to hyper inflation and the destruction of the dollar and then gold and silver , and probably bitcoin would be the only real currencies left. @@ASMRReality
