Hey guys this is vacation Eck checking in. I wasn't happy with how the scaling for the SPHA turned out, which is why it wasn't featured closely despite being in the line up.
Still away on break, still not sure when I'll be back. This video and others were made in advance
Cool have a nice holiday 😊
the at-ot is 14.3 m in length just to let you know.
Man you left the AT-IC out.
Take as long as you need
Ok
Erm Eck? You do know you skipped the SPHA-T right?
And the at-dp
He skipped a lot actually. He could've done a huge video with all the walkers out there
@@deadshot5007 The AT-DP wasn't in there at all (from what I could see at least), while the SPHA-T he had rendered and placed on the lineup, but he just skipped talking about it or showing it off in the video
@@deadshot5007 And the AT-DT as well
and the AT-MP

Today Eck gives us
A walker size comparison
Beautiful.

DOSENT rime
@@Videomakerlol69 Yes it does. Harrison and comparison rhyme perfectly.
ATTE still best Star Wars walker. Change my mind.
Tenno Shenaniganizer yes YES
*Ahem* AT-AT
Why would I? It is!
Tenno Shenaniganizer
the only issue i have with it is the square cabid
real obvious target
I like the AT-M6 a little more, Much Bigger and has some very fun weapons.
Alas, you missed the AT-AA, or as I like to think of it, the turtle-walker.
It’s an SPHA, self propelled heavy artillery, he skipped it because he didn’t like te scaling.
@@sambal_sauz3029 no at -aa is the empires aa walker, theres a lot of missing walkers
A Turtle-Turtle walker... its there.... it's a master of disguise...
Guys the AT-AA is NOT the vehicle that he skipped. It was a walker with flak cannons designed for an anti-aircraft role. Also he totally skipped the SPMAT as well.
If I think about it, I can probably list more than a dozen walkers that were missed.
I would probably consider the CIS Octuptarra droid a walker if we are giving that classification to the OOM and Spider.
SkiddyGaming that is some pfp
Correction: OG-9
next time could you put the names of the vehicles and maybe a clone trooper model next to them for height comparsion?
That would have been a good idea.
Gtfo this isn't a Metalball video.
@@Mathiakle What's your problem?
*sees AT-PTs* Oh god I'm getting flashbacks from that mission to Fest...
Ghetto Hoth
“Abort mission the ATPTs have been destroyed, repeat abort mission!" Even almost 15 years later that level was the second worst in the series, right behind Attack on the Core in 2.
They never wait long enough before you take the AT-ATs down!
What are they from, I don't think I ever heard of them before this video?
A small, one man bipedal walker introduced in the old Thrawn novels, plus RPG tie ins. Were also in the Rogue Squadron games for nintendo and PC.
AT-ST has such skinny legs 😂😂😅
Jussi Raitoniemi Ergo the were nicknamed, "The Chicken Walker"
The feet were what made me worry...
The ESB model is even more hilarious. I believe the legs are longer and thinner, and the "head" is squashed.
Hows that funny -_-
@@spartanpawn007 wow xD
I knew the AT-M6 was big, but damn. Love the commentary going along with the size comparison video
In it's case though it does make sense as the M6 is more of an artillery platform, and since they haven't heard of indirect fire weapons the height gives it significantly more range.
@@lordfrostwind3151 I think Snoke's flagship has heard of indirect fire weapons, they just don't know they have.
AT-M6 is insanely powerful, but still rather poorly designed. Also indirect fire weapons only seem to exist in SW Legends (Im looking at you, Jedi Trials)
Lord Frostwind
I would rather use the at-ap or the big walker in attack of the clones (I forgot its name)
Edit: it’s the spha-t
An extra 40m range, but for that you are making a hell of a big expensive target. It would be much more practical to put the artillery in a much smaller package, easier to camouflage, transport and more resistant to counter fire. Theres a reason tanks are designed to be as short as possible.

Hope you're having a great vacation!
high quality as always
also great music, you kind of got me into synthwave, so thank you for that
Gotta love Diseny's obsession with making stuff larger for no logical reasons.
I mean larger means more room for weapons, reactors, and armor but yeah when you make EVERYTHING massive then massive loses its' cool.
For instance the Executor reveal was cooler than the Supremacy reveal just because of that.
At least the AT-M6 is harder to trip...
@@chrissonofpear1384 If anything its easier to trip since it has a higher center of gravity.
My dude... This was a VERY COOL video. Great job!!
An excellent video. Love size comparison for sci-fi vehicles!
Great video Eck I enjoy your content more even during a break.
Thks for doing commentary over this, makes it alot better
Hey ecks longtime viewer keep going man you are my main source of star wars info, thank and keep going!!! ❤️❤️
Awesomeeeee! Love when you do these, thanks so much Eck (and other associates)!
Fuck off
Still no Rebels love.... you missed the AT-DP on purpose, huh?
But he did use the Rebels version of the AT-AT, hmm...
you know the AT-DP was featured for about 2 seconds in the battle of hoth, but most peple don't notice that and i don't know how i did
You ummmmm forgot the SPHAT
He didn't like how it rendered and decided to skip it.
@@WhatEvenIsAGoodName Ye, he just posted that comment 10 min after I posted this one
@@legolaven I wasnt aware, my apologies
It's probably 37 to 39 metres long, perhaps not including the barrel. The 140 metre scale often cited appears to be an error.
I will never get tired of hearing that sweet intro.👍
Was I even meant to see this? Haha
I just finished watching the going away video and was looking for the “ecksgone” playlist that was mentioned.
Ah early boi
Interesting how you used the Star Wars Rebels version of the AT-AT, which is a lot taller than the normal one.
Walkers are the best.
Super Fry
If I remember, the at-ats used in the galactic civil war were stronger than the one seen in rebels.
@@highadmiraljt5853 The AT-AT from Rebels it's the experimental version of the Walker, the AT-AT that we see in the OT is the final version.
Wh1t3_ Sh4d0w
I didn’t know that. Thanks for the information!
shouldn't the at-m6 have fuel canisters on its back for the m6 turbolaser?
I don't think he made these models to be accurate
Really nice work dude.
I think you skipped one walker... the one before the AT-AT
He skipped it because he didn't like the scale of the model.
Kinda bummed by the lack of the AT-DP from Rebels. It's look and use was one of the few walkers I felt really stood out as properly functional while also sticking to the Imperial style and theme.
You should do a Warhammer space marine vehicle size comparison
Great idea
MZ LM no that’s dumb
trying to recreate the models would be too insane
I always did like how the ATM6s looked
Awesome video man!!! Hope the r&r is going great!!!
Your background music always reminds me of the show "How it's Made" lol

2) he is a time traveler.

He couldve left it on old videos too
Dude he doesn't do vs vids anymore.
@@pale_lad1252 , we should fix that.
Just bought the outbound flight. Its REALLY GOOD
I like these types of vids
I would absolutely love to see one of these of all the legend versions of walkers
I've said this before, but the AT-M6's ludicrous height actually makes some sense in its role as an artillery walker - it can fire on targets miles away despite the fact that its weapons cannot arc. Still asking to get airstriked, though.
Late reply but I imagine that’s the typical use; as walking siege machine that can nuke the enemy from miles away
Master Eck, you survived
I am not sure if you have done this, but it would be cool to do a size comparison of individual faction vehicles. For instance, comparing all Republic vehicles from the AT-RT and BARC speeder to the Acclaimator and Venator. Then doing one for the CIS, Empire and Rebels. Just an idea! ;)
Keep up the great content! :)
Very cool video !!
The AT-ACT you mentioned actually was canonized as the variation of the AT-AT we see in Rogue One defending the citadel tower on Scarif. That's why they have those cargo doors on the main body.
The vaporwave tunes in Ekhart's videos is always fucking dope
Thanks love this
I like that he used the metric system, thanks man!!😉😉😀😀
Here before it was released!
Honestly the AT- M6 is number 1 for me it may have some similar weakness to the standard AT-AT but honestly it has more pros going for it than cons. It armour is so much better the front legs are immune to tripping. Its Heavy laser cannons I actually consider to be more like Super Heavy Laser cannon like those lasers on whole new level of badass and destruction. I actually consider its medium secondary lasers to be standard heavy lasers the AT-AT uses as its main batteries. Also a big ass Turbo Laser to lob shells at extreme ranges is cool to.and with FSO AT-ATs it makes for a rather scary force as the FSO AT-AT got some pretty good refits to it. It looks it has extra padding on its feet to deter cable attacks, as well as additional angled plates on the side of the hull to deflect fire from hitting the weak under belly it doesn't fully cover the under belly but its enough to protect its sides meaning you really have to get close to it do any real damage there also rapid firing heavy laser's just means for accurate and frequent shots making it harder for enemy infantry to get close to. For the The AT-M6 is the AT-AT done right or ass much it can be done well sure maybe some other tweaks could be added. But standing at 40 meters tall you really have the high ground. Yes being lower profile is always good and practical in most cases. But If just feel like you had enough of those rebel scums shit. Some times making your presence known loud and thunderously is enough to convey you mean business and you ready throw down and kick some ass and the fact just seeing your enemy running away scared shit less is such good feeling knowing that they poked the beast one to many times and they are to feel its wrath Muhawahahaha. Also i think the AT-ST has more medium laser cannons for dealing with light vehicles compared to facing off against enemy assault tanks as fire power might not be enough the moderate armour won't last long against them either. So I think that's were other Walkers like AT-MP and AT -DT would come in handy but the AT-DT is bit of glass cannon so if you were going to use them in an a tank destroyer role they would need additional support lol. Also I think the AT-M6 would even be a huge threat for the Clone Wars Juggernaut tank or turbo tank as the AT-M6 is 10 meters taller than it. I mean the Turbo tank could hold its own against the standard AT-AT as its bigger and could ram the smaller AT-AT tripping it. But with sheer heavy Armour of the AT-M6 it would be very tough as even the AT-AT can tank hits. Where the AT-M6 is like an AT-AT on steroids like super jacked in composite armour which is just tough in itsself. Also since the AT-M6 is much more stable firing platform and walker ramming wouldn't knock it over. In Fact The AT-M6 could just grab as it tried to ram it and get hold of the front wheels and flip it over on its back or side immobilizing it and then all the AT-M6 would have to is just stomp on it with its front legs like Giant angry Rhinoceros until the tank is nothing more then a pile of flattened and twisted steel possibly killing the crew inside before they could escape the tank. But thats my thoughts That AT-M6 is no joke and nothing sneeze at if it could kill Clone Turbo Tank easily then this is something you don't wont be on the receiving end of. Well Eckhart do you agree or do think the Clone turbo tank could still hold up its own and I am just overestimating what the AT-M6 can do either way 40m tall walker is probably one the or the scariest assault mech thus far in Star Wars cannon. I find the AT-AT to be intimidating alone to know it has bigger brother now would send shivers done my spine if were enemy combatant facing one.
I will be honest, I have this strange feeling that this is in fact one of those 80's car commercials. All that is left is some cheesy oneliners like: "And if you feel like you could own one, come visit us at your local purcasing station, and we will walk you through it!"
Honestly best comparison yet. Although I am in a general euphoric mood.
AT-M6 is 36m tall. AT-ST is 9.6m Tall. And AT-TE is 7.8m tall. Source: Star Wars Starfighters & Other vehicles from 2018/ Rogue One & Last Jedi Cross section books.
Indeed, ALL the tall quadrupedal walkers are longer than they are tall. So if a source says an AT-AT is 20 metres long, that is now out of date. It should be 26.
That book does have some errors, at times, but the walkers don't seem far off.
@@chrissonofpear1384 it's 22,5
For the AT-AT? Yes, that was how Saxton put it. Making the length 26 m.
@@chrissonofpear1384 I mean the hight not the length.

Also done on Fleetyards. The Prometheus and Daedalus are often listed underscale, relative to fighters.
Would love to see one for flagships and starfighters in general
The at-m6 is a good design. Change my mind
The AT-AT exists because in Empire Strikes Back the director wanted a tangible threat in the snow for the rebels to be shooting at.
You should do more of these they are great
Cool video
Why did you slip the aa laser gun between troop transport and atat?
I really like the dwarf spider droid.
One could make a moveable-droid-machinegun out of it.
So someone can get in the back of the dorid and use some controls to use the droid as a machine gun or turret.
Would make it more efficent.
One could also add a granade launcher.
The one thing I would enjoy is seeing a model of a clone trooper next to each vehicle so we could see how tall someone would be in comparison to the vehicle.
Those are the daintiest AT-ST feed I ever did see
What about LM-432(Crab-droid) and Tri-droid Octuptarra?
Nice video. If there would be an animated human it would be perfect for the imagination.
You forgot the AT-DP (11.61 meters tall), the Octuptarra Combat Tri-Droid (3.6 meters tall), and the Octuptarra Magna Tri-Droid (14.6 meters tall). You also forgot to talk about the SPHA-T even though the model is in the video xD

Arbiter would win sorry
Arbiter would wipe the floor with Chewbacca. Atriox even more so.

Thought I clicked on a MetaBallStudios video. Very similar but with narration. Still, an interesting size comparison video though.Nicely done.
Fun fact, the At-M6 is only 10 meters shorter than the first incarnation of Godzilla, which stood at 50 meters in height.
Right after your Gorilla walker narration and right before your outro narration there’s a pic of the SPHA-T next to the the AT-OT.
Like you said the vids are expensive to make and I’m sure editing needed to be done.
I enjoy them and look forward to them. Hope your vacation away from UA-cam is going well.
I just like calling the AT-M6 gorilla walkers, like the AT-ST chicken walkers. Sounds badass, and their name infers this is the 6th model line that’s been cooking up in secret.
"All Terrain MegaCaliber Six"
The giant gun above its head is a "MegaCaliber Six Turbolaser Cannon", and the walker is named after the gun.

Stormpants 1 that’s why I said vehicle
I wish Star Wars were open source, I would totally have a repository. These walkers are all very interesting. For the most part, I like to interpret the equipment in my own way, because movies are designed for that. These walkers are therefore NOT designed for walking some distance to say, attack an opponent. (just fly). instead, "walkers" would have important advantages when the time came to require a piece of equipment that would normally be on a tower, or some other embattlement that would be difficult to place on rough terrain. Instead of walking, most of these walkers would very literally be dropped right where they needed to be, and simply not move. The legs would allow the device to be oriented optimally regardless of where it was dropped, and immediately upon being dropped. (they could be dropped directly into combat, and be oriented exactly as needed) . This would make them suitable for all kinds of electronics like radar, jamming equipment, long-range communications etc. and also ,,,, gun placements. (but , the guns wouldn't be the best choice of weaponry, for all the same reasons we think so). Moslty, 'walkers' allow for the strategic placement of non-weaponry on hills or in jungles etc.
Neat
Nice vid
I hope you guys know he is on a break right? But when he gets back, i hope he does more SCP foundation exploration videos.
AT-AT is basically a panzer 4, while the AT-MT is a Jagdtiger.
Now I thought the at te mass driver was a rail gun?? Probably wrong great video always love these laid back type videos
My think the walkers in the line I consider my favorite is the AT-AT, AT-M6, and the AT-TE.
The All Terrain Open Transport is also seen in several episodes of the Clone Wars TV show.
