I really like the way you do voice overs on the riding parts with your telling us in retrospect what was going on. So much better than talking when riding in my opinion... Great video Craig.

I had to comment because I had similar thoughts about roads and traffic when reaching Rt. 95 / 128 from Rt. 16 after a few days in New Hampshire this fall. Thanks for all you share. You are a much better story teller than I will ever be. I have learned a lot from you about riding, touring, planning, etc.

On November 6 I took advantage of some warm weather and rode both Hurrican Mt. Rd and 113, Evan's Notch. Unfortunately the north end was closed just shy of Rt. 2. Ended up riding an extra 70 miles. Good fun. You rode within 2 miles of my house while on rt 16 in NH. I did a lot of riding in NH and Maine this year. There are plenty of amazing back roads for you to discover yet.

Just got around to watching this. Very enjoyable. Love the fact that you have a place you take every bike. For me, living in north Texas, its the Talimena Scenic Drive on Oklahoma and Arkansas. I’ve ridden every bike I’ve owned across there since I was 18. Im now 55. I hope to ride your area some day from Texas. My wife and I did do a short fly and ride into Vermont and NY. Had a great ride through Lake Placid and then back into Vermont

Damn the VT look busy with traffic, at least the later days gave you a break. As always, excellent content 👍
This video reminds me of how long its been since I've been up there and the amazing riding we have here in the NE . I really curtailed my touring to ride off-road \ enduro and over the last year+, I've been training for a career change(at 55😐). But on the plus side I've gained some serious riding skills and make more $$ .... So for 2023 I'm adding an ADV to the fleet and will ride more than ever....

What is the internet looking for in motorcycling videos? Is it young women going boldly where none before has? Is it a British couple in Alaska? Long trips? Exotic locales?
UA-cam rider blogs seem to be the rose off which the bloom has faded …
You’re keeping it authentic. Glad to see the old (not aged, just original) Ripley doing his own video-blogging.
I don’t watch Pedro Mota, Itchy, Missenden, Toll Free, etc. anymore. It’s this channel, and then one from South Africa. And, my own riding.

Just curious…what do you consider to be old? Really old? My grandpa retired from the Santa Fe railroad at age 75 & was still flying airplanes into his 80’s and took me flying. He led firefighting squads less than half his age in full fire gear with 80 lb water tank on his back in summer’s heat and humidity. I fought the fires right alongside him. The younger fighters begged him to slow down, but our community was in jeopardy. There would be no respite until the fires were out and our town was safe. He was in his 80’s. He retired as their Captain at the age of 91. I didn’t consider anyone to be old unless they were older than he was. He was my hero. I’m on track to follow in his footsteps…. I hope.
