started learning bass a month or two ago, one of my first proper tunes was chameleon. the smoothness, accuracy, and speed in this video is mindboggling for me at my current level lol

I performed this in high school. Whole school orchestra (me on 2nd violins), and a band playing with us. It was epic. Our music teacher scored out all the separate orchestra parts which I thought was really impressive.

Hi ! Nice lil cover ! I rrecommend you to never use that much reverb on a bass though, or if you want to add texture, dial a little bit of reverb for only the high frequencies if it's possible ! Also, you can use compressors at a medium rate for both instruments to give extra tightness :)
@@florianbeguin i totally agree! i know i put too much reverb loll. kinda rushed on putting the audio and vid tg so i forgot to take it off. thanks for the advice!
all the reverb really doesn't help. rhythm is super tight so your tone should be suitably dry. also a lot faster than the original recording but that's cool if you wanna show off ;)
