And the visuals is just beyond this world. Thank you for this masterpiece that resonates so deeply with my soul 🩵
Yes, it's time to wake up. Sometimes, I wonder if there are "forces at play", that speaks to us through all this magnificent artists that gives us spiritual reminders through their art these days. Yourself, included :-) Only darkness can show us our strenght. It's time for us now to use that strenght and start climbing out of the gutter we find ourselves in. The light has already arrived. That's why we see so much dirt these days. It's like the snow along the road melting in the spring sun, revealing all the turds and dirt that was hidden in it. It's an apocalypse going on. "The old world is dying, and the new world is struggling to be born. Now, is the time of monsters". Stay safe, Jonna! There is a storm coming. Btw, love what you do!
You all were the reason I picked up my very first tagelharpa, the reason Aethyrien even exists today and one of the major tools I used when climbing out of a very dark place in my mind 10 years ago. The impact your music has had on so many people is beautiful. 🔥⚔🔥 EDIT: You never cease to amaze me with your sound. This is such a primal song. There is this incredible sense of anticipation throughout it. This is very well done. Thank you for this.
This music is "that" kind of music, the type you keep playing and playing and instead of becoming less interesting, you keep appreciating every part of it more and more. It's like attiction, but in a reverse and beautiful way.
Hertan is beautiful! Wow, on March 21 I played Helvegen in honor of my mom's passing, exactly 1 year prior, and wished for new Wardruna music! You see, I played Helvegen at her preparation for cremation. Mama was 89, of full Norwegian heritage, but sadly never got to visit her heartland. I braided my mom's long hair & cut her braids to keep with me. I braided my own long hair & cut them, placing into her hands to accompany her into the fire and afterlife. I placed Mama's lefse stick across her chest under her arms, as she provided me with bread and life. I surrounded her with flowers & covered her with beautiful lace her mother had made. A few years ago I played Helvegen for her and she loved it! Mama wasn't shy - she was pretty kickass & adventurous, she loved GOOD music! It was the perfect song for our final time together on this earth. My heart has been beating since I grew in her womb - it's my only connection to her now - Hertan opens my next chapter of life, Mama's gone but my heart beats on - I feel her with me. Thank you, from a half-Norwegian fan in the U.S.!❤🇳🇴
Firstly, I'm so sorry for your loss. My mum passed away just over a year ago, and I still miss her. Grief is a process. Secondly, your description of the ritual preparation and dressing of your mum's remains is incredibly beautiful, and it honours her in a way that will have made her proud. I'm sure it brought you some comfort too. I wish you much love and healing on your grieving journey. ❤
@@singingsam40 thank you 💛 I'm sorry you lost your mum, too. Sending you love and peace from the Pacific NW. Yes, I'm at peace knowing I gave Mama a send-off worthy of her true Viking heart. She was a tough cookie, brave and determined, and she raised me to be the same 🇳🇴❤

True. Their music is some of the only ones where I have a physical reaction. I have yet to come across one of their songs and not have a reaction that I feel from deep within. A belonging.
Always liked how Einar captures the inseparability of a human being and nature. This is what we all do anyway, melt with the ice in spring and hiberate with the bears in winter. Same natural cycles, same heart. This song reflects the core of animism.
3:18 These plunges into vocal harmonies are what keep me closely attuned to Einar’s compositional style, and keep our entire family listening to Wardruna (and seeing them at any opportunity in the U.S.). Thank you all for being the sun and soil to our growing seeds.
This brought tears to my eyes! It's very emotional and existential in every sense, representing both the darkness and light of one's being, which literally translates the heart. Thank you Wardruna for another magnificent piece of art 🖤🖤

To be hurtled into my new decade with this gift of a song feels like a small sliver of fate being kind in this moment. All day I've been asking where I go from here, how to give over my heart to what I need to be in what time I may have. This heart, this rider of will, where to go? Absolute masterpiece here. Thank god for you wardruna your music resonates with my soul on a level most other music really can’t and it’s helping me come to terms with who I am deep down, embracing my own darkness, and transmuting it. I don’t know what I’d have done without your music through certain times. Truly thank you.
I can't describe how deep this went to my heart. I've been crying for like an hour now. It's simply too amazing, too meaningful for the soul. Wardruna is a miracle to our time.
Wow,so beautiful, majestic and ritualistic! I wanna thank Einar and Wardruna, because i am alive thanks to them. If Wardruna didn't exist to help me with their music, probably i would have taken my life back in 2016-17. I love you Wardruna for being by my side, when i had no one else! You are my parents,my family,my soul❤️
This is fucking beautiful Einar. I love all of your music, but there's something different about this. You either discovered something or remembered something, your energy changed. I'm happy for you & where your mind is headed. This is SO good.
My sister told me: This song reminds me of you.. I proceed to listen to it... From the same darkness I come out, with a small light inside... That light expands, expands, expands, of will, of hope, of strength... Now I... I am a knight of light... I am like the lighthouse of Alexandria. Odin speaks to me in dreams, guides me on my path, teaches me to face the challenges of today's world. As my Iberian ancestors did... I will fight until I die.
I was at the concert yesterday and this song just touched the depths of my soul. These are unimaginable and indescribable feelings. Thank you Wardruna. I will not forget this evening
It's amazing how music touches your heart! A song from a different country with a different language can make you feel so much! Before I came to read the comments - I closed my eyes and enjoyed it! I shared the track with the friend who introduced me to Wardruna and said listen to this MASTERPIECE. And apparently what I felt was felt by many people in different parts of the world! Unbelievable I only have one word: INCREDIBLE! Your music has a lot of emotion, and the most impressive thing is that it transmits it to everyone who listens to it!

I had HERTAN on my headphones while watching the solar eclipse... In fact, I can say that it points to something much bigger than what is described. It's not just about being human. It's all about existence...
In a modern, fragmented and fractured, technological world; one needs music with such primality. It transports you to a distant time and place, away from all of the distractions and nonsense.
Einar, please don't stop...Your songs are a delight for the heart and soul. It's been 7 years since I first heard this unique style. Wardruna - you are the best!
I cried from beggining to the end. I felt my heart thrashing and shaking throughout. Even if my rationality would try to dismiss it, Wardruna influences my philosophy, amidst seas of unwavering reasoning, objectivity and desire for knowledge. Jeg elsker deg, Einar, og Wardruna.

I hope you one day see them live, they are as close as you can get to an ancient gathering. Thank god for you wardruna your music resonates with my soul on a level most other music really can’t and it’s helping me come to terms with who I am deep down, embracing my own darkness, and transmuting it. I don’t know what I’d have done without your music through certain times. Truly thank you.
Once again, Wardruna speaks to the depths of my soul. Thank you for another beautiful spiritual experience through music.
This is not a music video, this is a real Shamanic journey to the Heart ❤
Einar, you together with your team once again made something wonderful. Thank you
The layering voices, Einar, the instruments and the music video....shivers down the spine. I love it 🫀🥀🫂
I can't describe how deep this went to my heart.

So excited ❤ just what I needed. So primal, earthy and magnificent. Fantastic video too. Lovely Spring musical gift. X
Eu amo wardruna ❤🇧🇷
Goosebumps.... What an absolute masterpiece that speaks directly to our soul. Thank you!
Keep this music coming. Best wishes to the entire Wardruna band and fans.
I was at the concert yesterday and this song just touched the depths of my soul. These are unimaginable and indescribable feelings. Thank you Wardruna. I will not forget this evening
Please come to the Iberian Península ❤ we share love for Odin too!
I Love it. ❤ Many greetings from Germany. Thanks 🎉
Wardruna is really the voice of the North. One cannot tame Nature, once we feel this unsettling dark beauty of impermanence.. so beautiful
Este es el tiempo y el espacio para escuchar nuestro corazón. (Saludos desde la tierra de Tenochtitlán 🇲🇽)
Beautiful ❤
Brought tears to my eyes such a powerful spiritual song the purging of the old releasing from my wounded body. In the darkness I find strength to keep going 🙏 ❤ New Zealand 🇳🇿
True. And without the darkness, you wouldn't even know you had the strenght. It's the purpose of darkness.

I'm proud of my Scandinavian heritage and Einar for bringing out the best songs.
I had HERTAN on my headphones while watching the solar eclipse... In fact, I can say that it points to something much bigger than what is described. It's not just about being human. It's all about existence...
Awe !!!!! I totally should have done that. I had a very spiritual moment at the total eclipse. I knew I was missing something.
Good for you 👍🏾

Thanks wardruna for new beautiful song! This music needs to be protected and should live forever🌿
In a modern, fragmented and fractured, technological world; one needs music with such primality.
It transports you to a distant time and place, away from all of the distractions and nonsense.
Wardruna не перестает удивлять! Отличная работа! Люблю Вас
Einar, please don't stop...Your songs are a delight for the heart and soul. It's been 7 years since I first heard this unique style. Wardruna - you are the best!
Woooohhhhhooooooohh... You have pulled my heart out and planted it back ... Absolutely mindblowing performance. Bravo!
Some days ago i was thinking.." mhh miss wardruna, they should bring a new Song or Album out.." here they are 😏😍
Amazing... tears ware coming out throughout the whole music...thank you Wardruna!
Your music is art. Your music heals.
Good return of the legend! Greetings from Siberia, Russia.
Intro music, from Karinding. The sundanesse culture from Indonesia. ❤❤❤
wonderful! ❤May the flames of ancient traditions return, in the hearts of everyone around the world!
You said it for me.
I think I've just needed that... Thanks, Wardruna family.
Absolute masterpiece! the whole intro/ build up gave me chills all over, beautiful!
This body, this time, this place and these people are all blessings. Let us strive to honor our blessings and whatever beings bestow them.
So powerful..so magical..so beautiful!!! Every song of yours has a story to tell..like this one (my new favorite 😇) when we can literally feel the heart and soul of your music you're sharin with the world 🖤
Your music never fails to awaken something in me. Your songwriting is poetry.
I have never experienced such deep, powerful, beautiful, and profound emotions.
Your true, true heart connected me to God.
That is so beautiful… to have something connect you to God is such a gift. Blessings to you on your journey❤
How cool is that .. a pagan lifted you up !

Another beautiful experience. Thank you so much ♥
Как всегда восхитительно, неподражаемо 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💥
Another masterpiece! Thank you! Greetings from Croatia! ❤
This was so chilling & feels so ancient. It's very emotional & powerful. I can only imagine what the rest of the album will be like. I look forward to it's release. Thank you to the people of Wardruna for making these things come to life. Incredible work as always.
Amazing as always. What an atmosphere!
This feels like a powerful invocation for the energy that we need to move through these times. I'm blown away by the energy of the song, and the video is incredible. So good to see all the band together. Thank you Wardruna!
You've always will be my favorite singer without a doubt you music is on par with the God's.
This song sends chills through my entire being. The primal beauty of the video takes it to a whole new level. I lack the vernacular to fully express what this song stirs in my soul.
Thank you very much for sharing your vision, your culture, your tradition through your beautiful and powerful music, I have always felt very attracted to Scandinavian cultures.Despite being on the other side of the world (Mexico) ,i'm mexica Anáhuaca
It is clear to me that the language of energy is universal and breaks the barriers of distance, here in Anáhuac (Mexico) our ancestors elders, called that duality ometeotl (dual God) And they were just talking about the direction of the will, the left-handed hummingbird, huitzilin, the heart, the volunteed and there is also tezcatlipoca the energy of death and transformation, the one that smokes the mirror .There are so many similarities in the energy of Your songs, as well as our dances and songs, that only make me feel grateful in my heart 🖤🤍
Thank you for being that memory of your ancestors in this present, and for your beautiful music that you share
Tlazocamati 🙏❤️🔥✨
Wardruna затрагивает самые глубинные пласты человеческого существа. Только добрые пожелания команде!
Очень надеюсь когда-нибудь услышать эту магию звука вживую. Wardruna способна изменить человека навсегда.
Wardruna has changed me
I've seen wardruna live twice and I can tell you it's just magic! You feel spiritual as ever and you leave with the exact same feeling, you also see all other wardruna fans and just feel like you made the right choices in life! I hope you one day see them live, they are as close as you can get to an ancient gathering.
Edit: it also empowers and fulfills one's animistic path and spirituality as you can feel this certain feeling that is typically animistic. You stop looking at life like a book but instead look at it how you perceive it and you are in tune with nature and the cosmos.
