Agreed. Also, using a sugar-dusted thin cloth towel to wrap and roll, so it doesn't trap moisture the way parchment paper or other wraps will.
I think it's already broke when she let it out of the baking pan...it was an accident...but yeah, my mom always roll them when there's warm.
