I think I am the one suffering the problem of skin peeling after rolling and storing in fridge. I use a reusable baking cloth and it looks good while rolling but after chilling it and I tried to unwrap the skin peel off the the baking cloth. Any suggestions)

I made this today and there is something wrong…too wet, for the filling when add custard powder with milk, I think the milk should be warm up then adding custard powder. Cold milk with powder can’t make it creamy.

I have a little question, what do you mean with corn flour? im mexican, and i want to make your recipie but i cant understand what type or brand are you using.
the custard powder is basically artifically flavored and colored cornstarch, and raw cornstarch is inedible !! pls skip the custard powder or try a different custard cream recipe !!

I tried to make the swiss roll, but top (skin) sticks to the parchment paper. You are using a plastic piece to roll. Where can I buy the plastic?
It Often happened with my cakeskin too.I don't what's the reason.Maybe the paper in the pan has to be oiled a little when pouring the cakebatter.
