It was great to meet you. Thank you for the shout out. I am glad you enjoyed the fudge. And I am still stoked by Marsh’s review. Awesome! There are so many good foods to try now!
What a fun time!! Everything looks so yummy. Especially the ice cream. I'm a big ice cream lover.....almost as much as I love dark chocolate. Lol!! I would love to catch the festival in NYC this year. I know I would enjoy it & I think my husband and son would too. Love watching these food festival videos!! Thanks for sharing your time there.
didn't go this year but it looked great for the most part. on the Chicago Vegans facebook group, people were really upset about the whole wristband thing, it does seem like a big money grab. Also vegandale takes 30% profit from the businesses there as well so I kind of feel like I've been passing on vegandale every year for the past couple years One of the best vegan fests i've been to was actually in Pittsburgh, last year it was in August, so I definitely recommend checking that out, it was free admission. Just pay for what you buy and there was all sorts of vendors and goods as well, and the vibes were there. Pittsburgh def suprised me as a city so i definitely recommend
Yeah I thought I found out about the 30% recently too. Definitely don't love that or the bracelet system. But I've been to pittsburgh, very vegan friendly city. I'll keep that in mind about the veg fest!
Vegandale is always a good time. Definitely good to get there early to beat the lines. The deep fried watermelon sounds good. Never tried that. Great video. 💚🌱Too bad about the fighting and stuff that occurred later in the day. Glad you missed that.
I was there this year and hated the event lol it was the most disorganized event I’ve ever been to. The last min cashless wristbands, having to wait in line to activate it after getting into the venue, then it didn’t even work for a couple hours and you had to pay credit card at vendors anyway, and just standing in constant long lines that didn’t move for anything, plus those wristbands had an international service charge to load it and you needed to wait a week to get your money back plus they took an additional $3 for a service fee. Liked the food, hated the event 😕
This year was definitely not as good as last year. And yeah you're absolutely not alone in that sentiment. I hope that Vegandale just never does the bracelets ever again. On top of feeling like it was price gouging for both vendors and us, they just didn't work that well and were wayyy more inconvenient.
In my opinion vegan dale in Chicago is a waste of time..too many meat eaters in that city each year less vendors show up its more expensive ..the entertainment was bad. First couple of years it was great .I still went to this years..but really dissappointed.

I love your hometown!

You should definitely check it out! Usually multiple ice cream options too!
That was a quick turnaround from recording to uploading! Everyone you were with was so nice and helpful with describing food and holding the camera
It's good! 😂
@@NoEggCraig It's Good 😂 You said the thing!!
Wow the food looks amazing and it looks like a nice day. I love vegan food festivals outside. I miss D.C. vegfest.
I'm sure DC put on a great vegfest!
That all looked so GOOOOOOOD!
The BBQ wings, Tacos, Cinnaholic,
liquados, Ice Creams, Waffles, etc.
Yes. PLEASE.
I actually had even more that didn't make it into the video! Including a buffalo chicken grilled cheese and some baklava 😋
@@NoEggCraig i can only imagine!👏🤤👍
Great video 👌🏾 that ice cream and Olga’s looks amazing! I enjoyed my first Vegandale despite the craziness at the end 😩 It was nice meeting you all!
Yeah definitely check out Olga's next time! It was nice meeting you too! I'm glad you were okay during the chaos at the end!
Craig I’m loving the Golden Girls shirt!!!
Haha thanks!

Every time you go to Vegandale I'm like this looks like so much fun! I'm not even vegan and I'd go!
Honestly I think most of the people in attendance weren't even vegan 😂
That looked like so much fun! I live in Chicago and I was going to go but the whole bracelet thing was kinda off putting and I decided to not go.
Honestly I get it, I really did not like that aspect. I think it's the wrong move for a lot of reasons
Thank you for being our chaperone Craig!! 😂😂
Any time 😂
The food looked really good, and I want that teeshirt ✌️🌮
Haha if you're talking about my Nobody Knows I'm Vegan shirt I actually sell them underneath all my videos!
@@NoEggCraig I was looking at your friend’s golden girls shirt - but I’ll deffo check yours out, thanks 🙏 ❤️
@@mistypuffs ahhh that shirt was the best $7 I ever spent at Wal-Mart lol
@@NoEggCraig bargain!

Yes, I love going early whenever I can! And deep red watermelon is definitely worth a try!
That looked all pretty tasty. And you turned into a smurf! 😂😂😂
I really did 😂
i can't wait to go to vegandale next year
This has officially convinced me to go to LA Vegandale
Do it!
My buddy Harsh
He knows everybody!
Wow that's crazy now we have to worry were ever we go now 😢
Yes, unfortunately 😢
Vegandale aint nothing without Craig!
😂
I really wish these vegan food fests would come to New Hampshire!!!
You can probably find some smaller food fests in New Hampshire! But the large ones like this will really only ever come to big cities unfortunately
Word of the video, “wicked”.
😂 at least it's not "like"

🥰🥰
Where did tha dnb go? Dubstep... hello? I guess it's Tartarian ballet?
The pizza was definitely good because there was no pineapple on it 😂😂
*could have been better, yeah you're right!
@NoEggCraig you wish 😂
I had no idea dippin dots were vegan!??!?! Or is it just the fruity flavor that is?
Yeah, she said she could only bring one flavor, so I think majority of them are not!
In my opinion vegan dale in Chicago is a waste of time..too many meat eaters in that city each year less vendors show up its more expensive ..the entertainment was bad. First couple of years it was great .I still went to this years..but really dissappointed.
I can agree, this year was definitely worse than last year. If they don't get back to how they started I don't think I'll continue going either.
What in the NWO Book Of Revelations stuff is that?! 😂 Paying with a bracelet? 🤔
Yeah, not my favorite new feature haha
