- I went to the Vegan Campout 2023, the largest vegan festival in the world, and the food was next level. I have never seen so much gourmet vegan food - all in the same place! They had vegan sushi, vegan ice cream, vegan pizza, vegan bowls, vegan egg sandwiches, vegan fried chicken - the list goes on!

How did they make the drumsticks? Also, I made Tofu tikka masala and it was 'vile', I could not eat it. This was a recipe from Nisha Rainbow Plant Life. Do not know what I did wrong as I have been cooking Indian food for more than 40 years! Mainly vegetarian or vegan if you don't use ghee and leave out the yoghurt.

If no one knew it was all vegan, probably just 10 out of 100 non-vegans would have noticed, and 9 of those 10 wouldn't have minded. It's so weird how the world evolves around the consumption of meat. It's just in the mind.. total cognitive dissonance.

So much of awesome vegan food, and even much more variety can be made. Why wouldn't everyone want to go vegan? Only because of their prejudices and false convictions 😢
