It's good to see you online again Frank, I'm sorry for your loss and we all thank you for your support keeping our Coleman's going. Keep 'em burning fella.
Thanks for the video. Sorry for your loss. My wife is the best thing my life and I can’t imagine how it would be without her. I treasure our time together.
Hey Frank, I haven't been watching long but when Helene hit my area it was brutal. No power, no water for weeks. There was no camping stoves available on a shelf for hundreds of miles. I knew nothing about coleman stoves but got lucky finding a 425f at a junkyard. Your wisdom and experience taught me how to restore it. You've fed us and lit up our home many times and I cannot thank you enough.
Grazie! I'm very sorry for your loss❤. I follow you from Rome Italy, and I love your channel and all the videos that you made with your wife. Ur strong ! I hope the best for you! Thanks
Wow Frank what can I say but I am very sorry for your loss. I stepped into your shoes in 2016 when on a camping trip my wife’s heart gave out. I miss her every day. I am so glad that I have kept checking to see if you posted a new video as I did this evening. What a great supplies to see you again. I look forward to watching another video of great information for us Coleman lovers. Keep on keeping on Frank.
Wow, I have watched your videos for years, and ordered a few parts back years and years ago. I am so sorry for the loss of your wife. I cant imagine the loss. I wish you well.
I am very sorry for your loss. It’s good to see you are doing what you can to build your new life with the support of the Coleman family. I wish you all the best for the future.
Frank, I just heard of your wifes passing. My deepest condolences. You have been a staple for supplies, parts and how to videos for my strange obsession with lanterns and stoves. I am grateful that you will continue, in spite of your loss, to mentor us and be a reliable source of parts and info.
Thank you, and sorry for the loss of your best friend and wife. You have been a good instructor. After watching your UA-cam videos I have saved and reworked several old Coleman's. Not a big collection but something I enjoy. South West Missouri, stop by if in the Ozarks.
Good seeing you again Frank! Really missed the old site where I met and made Friends. Really enjoyed that time you traveled to Wichita and we met with you and Herb and spent quality time and made memories that will last. Blessings Marvin
I want you to know how much we appreciate you! Thanks for reaching out with this video update. Thanks for keeping them burning. Very sorry for your loss, but she is not gone completely - she is, and always will be, a part of your heart, and she'll help keep YOU burning. Peace be to you, Frank - and many happy encounters with Coleman products and collectors!
Frank, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's good to see you again. I'm not a big collector, 8 or so stoves and a few lanterns. If you ever find yourself in Central New York, you and the dogs are more than welcome to stay here. 🤝🤝🇺🇸
Youre the best. Thank you for sharing ALL of this... Ive truly learned so much from your videos. I was even able to fix an old THEROMS lantern too! Im so sorry fo your loss. Happy Trails to you sir... Beautiful rig!
Frank, you have my deepest sympathy. I too have suffered much loss, including a child. I have found that this type of pain never goes away, but time dulls pain and you will smile again. With much respect, Tom
My condolences. Losing a loved one is never an easy thing. I couldn't imagine losing my wife, but to see you continuing the passion you and yours shared is truly amazing! Such an inspiration. I hope you can travel towards the middle Tennessee area on one of your journeys. I'd love to shake your hand for all the information you've shared with the community over the years. Keep em burnin' sir!
Man, I didn't know. My sincere condolences, all the way from the Netherlands. You might be interested to know that I took a brand new two burner Coleman stove to the Moroccan Sahara desert this year, avoiding the hassle of changing gas (propane/butane) bottles and connectors in every country I would pass through - not mentioning the horrid rusty quality of the gas bottles involved. My wife and I never regreted this decision. We drive an old fashioned Toyota diesel 4x4 to get around, with an old fashioned gas stove to feed us on the way. And your seasoned knowledge to assure it will keep operating as required. Keep at it, and be sure I appreciate it. Oh, and by the way, I've been using a .22 gun cleaning kit for keeping the tube in good order. Works fine.
I recently found your channel when I was given a 1966 Coleman 502 stove that needs some TLC. Thanks so much for your informative and entertaining videos on restoring the stove. Glad to hear you will be making new videos. I look forward to watching them.
Semper Fi brother! I am sorry for your loss. I can only imagine your pain. I will keep you in my prayers. I just wanted to say, I am not a collector per se but thanks to you and your videos and training guides I was able to bring the family lanterns 1) grandfather bought after the WWII, 2) father after Vietnam, and 3) mine after Beirut into serviceable conditions. It has brought my family joy to see them burning together. Thank you very much for your passion and desire to help others it is a blessing. Please reach out if you are in the East Liverpool Ohio area, I would love to visit. Best wishes, Mike
I'm glad to see you resurface after your loss. My sincere condolences. You're the reason I got into pressure lamps and stoves and the reason my house smells like white gas and lamp oil. I'm looking forward to your next chapter. Thank you both.
Frank, first I am sorry for your loss. I'm glad you are getting out and still enjoying Coleman products. I want to say personally thank you, because of you and your videos I have gotten into collecting and repairing Coleman stoves, lanterns, and yes lamps. I have recently after many years of watching your openings of your videos I have a CQ lamp with an original shade that I love to light up. I even have an original pump and the wrench. I've even bought parts from you. One you may remember was a 3 burner 326 you partially restored and made videos of you doing it. I bought the complete tank and legs from you after you finished the videos. Thank you for everything you have done for the Coleman community!
I'm sorry for your loss, Frank. There can be no greater tragedy than losing your better half. My family has been using Coleman lanterns and stoves for longer than I can remember and I've been watching your videos restore my father's (probably his father's) 1956 220-F (or E) back to working, but after I tried a couple of repairs unsuccessfully, I took your advice and sent it in to Coleman. There are some 40M people in sunny California and the best of them probabaly have a Coleman product or two. If you ever find yourself to CA, you've got a free place to stay here with a backyard that is dog-friendly (population: 1-dog)!
Sorry for your loss Frank. I've only been collecting for a couple years, but speaking for myself and a few other collectors I know in north central Oklahoma, I think it's safe to say that you'd be welcome here. We're about 90 minutes south of Wichita.
Bless you Frank. I learned a whole lot from your channel. I think everyone who is a Coleman Collector or if you own just one lantern. Let's pick a date and have a world wide Light up. It would be a fitting tribute to the light of your life. The eternal light that guides us when we are faced with eternal darkness. I'll keep'm burn'in on my end.
My heart goes out to you Frank! I don't know what I'd do were this to happen to me. I simply cannot tell you how much knowledge you have shared with myself and otehrs. IT is truly appreciated my friend! Be well and may she rest in peace...Bill Doyle in Upr Grnwd Lk, NJ
My deepest condolences. If it wasn't for your videos giving me the knowledge and curiosity, I wouldn't have gotten into coleman camping stoves. Your videos have reached out all over the world. Kindest regards John.
My best wishes for you, my friend. I'm sad to learn of your loss. I wish I had words to comfort you, but alas, I am lacking... please stay strong and take care.
Im so sorry for your loss frank! I lost my dad to heart disease January of 23' a couple weeks after Christmas while I was on the road home from Christmas. Thank you for all you have shared with us, and excited to see the channel continue!
As a therapist that works in behavioral health I’m glad to see your keeping active. This is not a ‘oh get over it thing’ it’s something that stays with you and you continue to move on and grow from it. If you ever make it to Erbs in Ohio give me a shout I would like to meet you.
