White bread recipe:
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
5 grams of dry yeast.
400 ml warm water.
50 ml sunflower oil.
Sunflower oil 10 ml.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Hello from South Africa. I tried your bread and instead of into two pans, I divided the dough into 4 portions, followed your video and baked it in my 4 division Nordic bundt pan. I lined each cavity with foil as I was concerned it might stick into the grooves. Well, what a beaut!!! Came out beautiful and sent my neighbour a mini loaf. This recipe definitely a keep!!! Thank you for sharing.

Her father, Matthias Hoff, as born in Gillenfeld in the Rheinland region of Germany 🇩🇪 and her mother, Anna Koener Hoff, was born in the northern part of Luxembourg 🇱🇺. Can’t remember the name of the place though it started with an “M” and was a long name and she had relatives who own the Hotel Koener in Clervaux, Luxembourg. The whole family had slight German accents, even my grandma who basically born and raised in America 🇺🇸.
