Ingredients and preparation:
0:00 ricotta (400 g) or soft cottage cheese.
0:07 powdered sugar (60 g) or sugar.
0:13 butter (60g).
0:20 cocoa (15 g).
3:48 1 hour in the freezer.
3:55 Roasted Peanuts (100g).
4:15 Chocolate (200g).
4:30 Warm up in the microwave or in the water bath.
5:04 Vegetable Oil (30ml).
6:40 10 minutes in the fridge.

So the "sugar free" tag is clickbait then?
like most recipe videos on YT......though the most common crime is to claim a recipe takes five minutes but after watching the video it's closer to two hours. I've never seen anything as egregious as this though, claiming sugar free then the second ingredient is literally sugar....
