Warm milk - 500 ml.
Sugar - 80 g.
Yeast - 10 g.
Salt - 1 teaspoon.
Vegetable oil - 80 ml.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 700 - 750 g.
Baking powder - 5 g.
Vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon.
butter - 50 g
For golden brown:
Milk - 2 tsp
1 egg yolk

Julia, hice la receta que explicas y puse de relleno mermelada de guayaba espesa y queso gouda para probar como quedaban y el resultado fue grandioso, como era una prueba lo único que no tuve bien en cuenta fue el tamaño del pan al final pero fue poca la diferencia entre ellos. En fin Tu receta fue bien explicada, Me resulto y quede satisfecho. La próxima vez hare una parte rellenas de empellitas de puerco que gustan tanto en Cuba de donde soy y donde siempre buscamos variedad
