Sir u r first person right way telling.. safety is first important most of gym trainers dont know about anatomy.. every body diffrent, age, weight, habits health issues all r count.. yongsters ok.. but above 35 years.. they r important safety precautions must.. most of people joining and after some time stoping going to gym.. reason is Trainers applying common warm up and other exerciseses without understing person causing paine uncontrol..
