Tips to make fat loss process..
1. Drink water as first meal
2.6-9 lopu at least 15 minutes sun shine lo undali.
3.eat bread toses or egg whites... Avoid our tasty south style tiffins
4.take protine everyday
5.excersice 20 minutes per day
