      I was take dry fruits - 5 cashews, badam, pista, kismis, soaked ground nuts 4 times a week. Will that sufficient.

    Tips to make fat loss process..
    1. Drink water as first meal
    2.6-9 lopu at least 15 minutes sun shine lo undali.
    3.eat bread toses or egg whites... Avoid our tasty south style tiffins
    4.take protine everyday
    5.excersice 20 minutes per day

    I have cervical, lambar and tailbone pain, I am 30 years old and 86 kg of weight, suggest the exercises and diet plan as I have 3 major pains.
