The main deal with a leaky roof is it don't leak if it's not rainin and when it IS rainin, you can't fix the leak, so you can logically never bring yourself to fix the leak :)

I know them vacuum sealers save a lot of room in the freezer but I have one I freeze ll my fish in water they will keep for a while keep em coming my friend

What you might try to do for that air conditioner is run a small funnel with some PVC pipe attached it works great
