Depends on your typical leg workout. I have done workouts like that naturally, but my leg workouts are insane and I have insane genetics for a natural. I think you could do it as well, but you would need to gradually work your way up to it. I have also over trained myself pretty badly as a natural though. It's true that it's harder to recover as a natural when doing really intense workouts. I learned a bit of a lesson on overtraining.
If you wanna grow your legs just do the basic, slow down, power up, reduce the weight so the legs do all the work instead of you back and waist. If lifting to heavy your back and waist will do all the work, because your legs muscle cant keep up and they will only get wider in the upper part while the leg part closer to the knee will keep thin!
