you should progressive overload in awkward position to increase your durability in that position. I mean you don't really need to do very dangerous moves like neck bridge but knee bending with extended ROM will be helpful in long run.

What I’ve learnt from the top professional body builders is they focus heavily on the eccentric movement not just the press or extension of the rep. Ive adapted it to my training and I never felt better or never gained strength this fast. I get to failure with way less reps, you maximize the movement to its full potential by actually controlling the weight with resistance, you don’t have to go as heavy and it’s not as taxing on your joints. It’s nice to throw around a lot of weight but it’s actually pointless when you start to focus on eccentrics.

Too much squatting will be high risk for lower back injury, take this advice. Don’t focus on only barbell squats and use all kinds of machines that take away the load on your spine PLEASE. I went thru 3 years of hell because of overdoing the barber squats
heavy squatting just gave me knee pain. Hack squat, leg press, and leg extension for moderate reps is my go to now. RDL's are irreplaceable tho I'll give you that
