I've just ordered a second sub and was thinking of building a box like this, but was unsure of the size of the port in the middle. Am I right in assuming the middle section of the T is double the width of the section running along the back wall?
@@robland6118 The only most expensive tool in my workshop is the Makita table saw. Everything else is dirt cheap. I got a Chinese generic drill, trim router, circular saw, sander, angle grinder, etc.. and Chinese generic tools are dirt cheap on flea market.

Now it's 2021 and there is probably a better model/ brand available? Hang in there and keep up the good work with boss CM 🐕 supervising. All d best! 🙏🏿
Thanks. I do not recommend this certain model of JBL also the Stadium, S2 and S3 model. Their front rubber surrounds easily unglues even on normal music listening.
@@poopsickle2411 SPL losses due box flex, the box flex is antiphase to the output therefore causes cancellation, if a board of area A flexes 2mm with speaker of area A/2, means 2mm of the speakers excursion is cancelled out. thats alot of cacellation.
Beautiful & Meticulous work!!! You detail everything to the most small piece of the project. I even liked how you routed the wood to recess & hot-glue the speaker wires that would run underneath the port. Well done 👏 👏 👍😎👍
