What if you draw a circle around the outside of the foot with washable marker. Then if you want to change colors you have a guide where to place the foot on the cloth.
If you want to use a different colour on the inside of the flower and have therefore taken it out of the machine, do you know how do you line it up so the different colour flower is in the centre?
I would rethread the machine in situ, just lift the needle to thread without moving the work, only problem is your bobbin, and that depends on your machine and how that is chaanged. On mine Iwould have to leave it and wrk with the original colour, unless anyone else haa any other suggestions.
@@bernadettedillon8282 I am having the same problem, the bar that moves the ratchet often sticks in one place. I have tried different stitches without success, my flower foot looks the same as this one but no matter how slow I stitch it still won’t work properly 😢
I bought this 2 years ago and put it away in frustration after an hour. Thank you! I’ll get it out again!
Excellent video, just t what I needed, I couldnt fathom out how to centre the flower. Thanks
Thank you for the hints, they are very helpful, so glad I found you. Now to go play with flowers!
Great explanation. Great job. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for this. I’ve got one of these feet and stopped using it because I couldn’t get it centred. I will give it another go 🙏

I will start practicing since tomorrow.
You can fudge a bit when going from small to big (i.e set it between the lines).
My needle clamp hits the lever on the daisy foot.
Any suggestions how I could overcome this?
我試過擠咗落去用唔到嘅點解,食唔到下邊條線上來

Mine keeps missing a stitch just wondering where I'm going wrong
@@bernadettedillon8282 Have you checked all the little teeth are present, there isn't one broken?
Leave the material as is, cut the needle thread and replace needle thread with new colour then continue stitching

I tried a different stitch instead of zigzag but the needle was touching the metal of the foot
I don't think all stitches are suitable, I had to play about with mine a bit, some worked some didn't
Set the stitch lengh shorter until the needle does not hit the foot with any chosen stitch
y a t il d autre motif s il vous plait merci
Lo podrían poner en español
