Whoa!!!! My quads are quivering!!!! That was such a great work out. I didn't have a bench so I used my coffee table. I work out with these videos before I have to teach my 3rd graders online and it totally sets me up for the day. My 4 year old has also started to do some of the work out with me and it's just the cutest. I am so grateful for these work outs. Since I started these on March 16th I'm down 10lbs and I am more motivated then when my gym was open! Thanks for letting me crush it with you

This week has been absolutely insane in the membrane for myself. I have missed 3 days of exercising due to lack of sleep and time (hubby works nights and we are currently buying a house, so I am getting mini naps instead of full on sleep). Feels SOO good to get back to it to get back into that mindset of I CAN and I WILL. It's scary how easy it is to fall into bad habits. Thanks again for continuing to motivate me! Loved it and crushed it!!💪🔥 Those glute activation exercises at the beginning were really great for warming up those muscles. I was able to use my heaviest weights on most of the exercises, woo hoo! 👍😁 I am loving being able to see the increase in my strength, and also the functional ability of my body. I love working out with Sydney, and her constant tips for refining my form are so helpful to keeping me moving correctly.

OOOF 🔥🔥🔥 used the booty band for most of the exercises. I don’t have dumbbells so I used a heavy backpack for squats, then used two gallons of water and pulsed a lot. Thank you for this Sydney !! Its so hard for me to stay motivated so this really pushed myself. Already subscribed ❤️🔥
Good afternoon community! Great workout and love the outfit Sydney, one of my fav colors. I have a herniated disc in my lower back so the deadlifts are not my friend. Most of the time I can push through deadlifts but sometimes I will modify with squats. My arms are still a little sore from yesterday's arm workout but I feel great.
Wasn’t really wanting to workout today, lacking motovistion, but somehow I put you on my TV and finding myself finishing each time. 😊 This was hard and intense! Definitely don’t do enough glute work, so thank you for that! I hope I’ll be able to walk tomorrow. Lol

She just does the workouts she posts because she wants to give her all to the workouts she does for us. (Yes, I was surprised about that. LOL)
She has the Sydney Squad on Facebook. She goes live in there every day right now and answers questions and it’s awesome support. There are also tools to calculate nutrition and all sorts of good info!
